MIKE STUD IN CONCERT:
Hip hop up-and-comer Mike Stud has been on the rise ever since scoring a viral hit in 2010 with the song "College Humor". He made the track as a joke for his college baseball teammates, but things quickly got serious when fans caught wind of his witty lyrics, melodic flow, and feel-good hip hop productions. Since then he's released several records, played sold-out concerts around the country, and earned a reputation as a world-class live performer with his upbeat live shows. Hot on the heels of his sophomore album Closer, Stud continues to treat ticket buyers to fun-filled performances on the #StudSummer Tour 2014.
BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Rhode Island-born Mike Stud was a decorated high school baseball star before making a name for himself as a rapper. He was the Gatorade Player of the Year and the Louisville Slugger Player of the Year during his senior season, and his accomplishments earned him a full-ride athletic scholarship to Duke University. After an injury sidelined him during his sophomore year at Duke, he focused his energies on producing music. His debut track "College Humor" -- a joke aimed at his fellow teammates -- was released in 2010, marking a watershed moment in his life. The song quickly racked up views online, and by the time college was over Stud had turned to writing and producing music full time. His popularity grew with the 2011 mixtape A Toast to Tommy, and in 2013 he released his debut studio album Relief to a No. 1 spot on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart. In addition to performing to sold-out crowds on his Stud Nation Tour, he has accumulated nearly 40 million YouTube views with his music videos and popular covers. In 2014 Stud released his sophomore album Closer to a No. 2 spot on the Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums chart, thrilling fans soon after with the announcement of the coast-to-coast #SummerStud Tour.
The concert was awesome! Mike and Skeez are great live! They are great performers! I loved how much they interacted with the audience and even stayed after to sign a few things! I would have liked to see skeez sing more and maybe not be as drunk. And not wait 2 hrs in the venue for Mike to come on other than that when they were performing they we’re great!!!! Loved this concert!
Purchased the VIP for the Palladium show but due to the venue change, the VIP tickets were not honored. We were instructed that if we wanted VIP we needed to upgrade our tickets. Both Skeez and Mike had great performances, however the amount of "intermission" time was a bit concerning. Wish the show was a solid performance with no time listening to other tracks that were not from the artist we intended on seeing.
This was literally the best concert I’ve ever attended. The vibes were immaculate!
mike. never disappoints. He always puts on an intimate show making sure his fans are involved. His last few shows he came out to the audience to perform which was awesome. The sound quality was spot on as well as the view!

Mike. is my favorite artists and seeing him in person for the first time was a great experience. He puts on a great show and makes everyone, even those with nose bleed seats feel included. I highly recommend seeing him perform if you are even the slightest fan of his music.
Boston was fun I’d recommend going to any future Boston shows with a squad of at least 4 Portland was lowkey much smaller Mike had his fam there so it was a cool experience to see that and have him have his fam in the show too whattaaa guyyy yuhreadddy
This guy is a top notch artist and creator. If you're on the fence about buying tickets, do it! I'll say this much, I went to his Friday night show in Atlanta and right after the concert I was checking for tickets to his second Atlanta show the following night. Grab those tickets and see what life as a Steve is all about.
