The overall show was awesome! All the acts were smoothly coordinated really worth the 2 1/2 drive

The overall show was great. The performances were captivating and very engaging. I would have changed the overall timing of the performances as the show kind of fizzled out towards the end. However over all, I had an amazing time. Can't wait until next year.

Everyone was fantastic but Toni Braxton!! She should have only sang her songs with BABYFACE and not alone. She's not strong enough to be the show stopper nor should she perform alone!!

Opening acts were very good. Avant was excellent. Babyface was fabulous. Braxton was not good.

It was AWESOME. I had never seen BABY FACE, TONI BRAXTON, AVANT AND KEKE, ANTHONY HAMILTON as well as the other 2 artist before. I had a ball. I flew in from DALE CITY, VA and it was worth it and then some. I LOVED IT and so did my friend that I brought with me, for she wanted to see ANTHONY HAMILTON. I did not tell her about the other artist that were on the schedule. it was a belated MOTHER'S DAY PRESENT and she had a wonderful time.

The concert was long around 6 hours. All the artist put a lot of effort into their performances & sung a lot of their songs.

TONIE Braxton was not empressive, she needs to how to dance

We had the greatest time of our live. We drove from Highland, Indiana about 15 minutes from Chicago. Purchased our tickets in January and what an event.

This review is based on the loooong concert lengths as well as performances. I attended both shows. We came down for a girls weekend from Chicago and were really expecting to have an amazing time. Instead we got concerts that put is in a state of fatigue, exhaustion, but most of all....boredom!!!! The first concert on Friday night was 4 and 1/2 hrs.. The second night was 6 HOURS long!!!!! The line up for the first night was Genuine, Lyfe Jennings, Shaka Khan and Charlie Wilson.. Charlie was definitely the star of the show. All the others, ehhh... (I was really expecting more from Shaka). The second night was what I really came for... Avant, KeeKee, Toni Braxton, Babyface, and Anthony Hamilton. I was expected to get knocked off my feet!!! NOT!!!! Babyface was the star of this show. He was EXCELLENT!!! Toni put on a Vegas show(hmmmmmm) with too much crowd participation... I was soooo disappointed!!! I really expected for both Toni and Babyface to shut it down!!! Avant and Keke... Major disappointment... I have seen them in concert and they usually put on a GREAT Show, but not that night. Anthony Hamilton performed for over an hr.. (Didn't know he had that many songs). All in all, both shows allowed for too much time for the "opening" performers. This made the concerts really long. Sitting in Stadium seats with no leg room for that many hrs was just too uncomfortable. Hopefully they will make some changes if they have it again next year.

This was the first time this event had been held and the line up both days was great. However, the icing on the cake was Babyface!! His performance was phenomenal. It places him in the field of one of the Greatest R&B Entertainers of All Times. I never do reviews but I could not let this one pass me by. If you have the opportunity to see Babyface in concert and if you love listening to the sweet sounds of love songs of your youth, then do not hesitate to purchase the best seat in the venue to see him. Anthony Hamilton and Avant were also great and could hold their own with a group of artists or by themselves. I will definitely go to see both of them as headliners in the very near future.

The concert was Great. I really liked Avant, Keke Wyatt, Anthony Hamilton and Baby Face. But Toni Braxton should not have gotten on stage at Mid-night. There was a slew of people leaving she sings slow songs and that is to late for slow songs putting people to sleep.I would have loved to see Keke Wyatt sing some of her own songs, as well the ones she sang with Avant. Good seats. But for someone sitting that far you should have had screens on the side of the stage so we could see the artists up close. I sat in the handicap accessible seats, and this was as close as we could get. But having a screen would make our experience better to see the artists.

All the artist were amazing. Definitely gave us our monies worth! I'm so glad this is going to be an annual event. I look forward to next year!

3 good acts and 1 great act. Uncle Charlie performed his butt off. He was the show. Lyfe Jennings was good although he performed mostly slow songs. Ginuwine still has it and can move like no other. I was a little disappointed with Chaka Khaun. She was the one that I really wanted to see and it was hard to hear her over her band. I would have rather her let her back up singers do her portion, those 3 ladies were great. In between the performers, there was this fantastic D.J. I think his name was Smooth and he was. I could have listened to him all night, nothing but ol' school. Minus Uncle Charlie, he was the thing that night. Now for Uncle Charlie, you know why he is a legend. He had the most energy out of all the performers from start to finish. Non stop dancing and partying. I WOULD go see him again two times over. I hope the festival will stick around.

Saturday night at the Music Fest was awesome great concert ice crown great atmosphere can't wait for them to come back again. please keep bringing so good YUM center.

The show was absolutely wonderful; I loved all the artists (Avant/Keke Wyatt, Anthony Hamilton,Toni Braxton and of course Babyface)!

WE will Atrend in 2015 great show. The show was Amazing and meet and greet was so nice withAnthony Hamilton and his band.

I had a blast!!! It was great seeing Avant, Keke Wyatt, baby face, Anthony Hamilton & Toni Braxton an awesome line up. I look forward to next year's festival and plan on attending!!!

My fist time in Louisville and it won't be my last. The first midwest fest was amazing the best concert we been too in years.

Very nice clean facility!! Staff was nice and helpful. Loved the bars on both side of main floor area. Only draw backs: could use lighting along stairs ( prevent injury) and seats on main floor were hard to read because aisle numbers were written in chalk under the seats which was impossible to figure out/see without assistance. Food choices were good. Overall it was very, very nice.

Charlie Wilson puts on a great show !!!! The show was well worth the money
