Midnite Oil we’re one of the few bands I had never seen. I’ve always admired them for a variety of reasons but had never seen them live before. What a show! They were first rate plus some. They played a lot from their new record and through in a few hits as would be expected. They were just amazing!!! Not to be missed and always to be remembered.
They still got it. Awesome show, they sounded amazing.
First time they've been in American 5 years. We saw them Sunday night in New York Hammerstein ballroom. Absolutely tremendous show. Fantastic venue right off 8th Ave and 34th Street near Madison square garden killer band. As always, it's a shame they're saying it's their last tour. Tonight we saw them in Philadelphia. That show was absolutely spectacular. They were impressive as they always have been for the past at least 40 years. It's a shame they're not coming back. We all have to pray that they do!!!!!!!

Show was right on. Band clean as a whistle and Peter was spot on. Seamless presentation with tireless beat throughout. Venue sound had a little bit of echo, but to be expected in a seatless main floor. End to end entertainment. Midnight Oil still has it. Loved it.
I love them but only complaint is that the music should be lower so can her the words of the singers or raise volume on microphone

Awesome show. Great venue, not too big not too small. The band were excellent and sound was exceptional. Best show I’ve been to!
These guys still rock so hard and sound great. I really hope it isn’t their last tour ever because I’d love to see them again!
The Oils were incredible. I only wish they could have played longer like Rush does. Can’t wait to see them again in DC Sat.
I saw Midnight Oil once before, five years ago, although my familiarity with their material was very limited, but I really liked the songs that I knew. As I dove more into their work, I really hoped that they would do another US tour so that I could see them again, so once their Resist tour was announced, I was thrilled. And especially since they said it would be their final tour, I really knew I had to go. It was an amazing show, the band gave it everything they had, as they seem to always do. Peter Garrett is an absolute lunatic on the stage (in the best way possible, of course), and I was ecstatic to hear not only the old classics that I always knew, but some of their other hits that I was previously unfamiliar with, such as Truganini, King of the Mountain, and Blue Sky Mine. It was such an electrifying experience, and believe me, I’ve looked to see if I could possibly hit one of their other shows for the duration of the tour, it was that amazing. If you’re a fan, catch them while you still can!

Peter is an amazing frontman and the band were also great! They played a tight set and the energy that they provided was stellar. Midnight Oil played 2 straight hours and took less than a 5 minute break before doing a 3 or 4 song encore. This was a great show, the only thing that bothered me was that many people were holding up their phones and recording in my line of view.

The Oils put on yet another legendary performance at the Hammerstein Ballroom. They have not lost their ability to put on a great show, even after all these years. It was absolute heaven.
After 30 years of waiting to see Midnight Oil, I finally got the chance and there was not a shred of disappointment. The venue was gorgeous (Fox Theater in Oakland) and they put on a fantastic show with the best set list, IMO. 100% would go again!

Great setlist executed with typical Oil's passion (avoided clichéd song title drop) & a handful of artistic twists sprinkled throughout as if adding a dash of salt to some older songs. Sorry to see the lads retire as a touring unit (blessed to have seen the 2017 tour as well) but encouraged by the prospect of more music.
Fantastic concert by an incredible, legendary band. Amazing setlist and energy. Peter Garrett still has the voice and moves. The band sounded great - very polished and underrated musicians. If this is truly their final tour, they are going out on top. Truly hope that they have one more U.S. tour left in them.
