Michael Yo, the self-proclaimed "Half-Black Brother with a Korean Mother," was born and raised in Houston and got his radio start in Austin at the popular central-Texas station, 96.7, more than 13 years ago. He also worked in radio in Houston before moving to his other "hometown" of Miami, where he manages to stay dedicated to his Michael Yo Show on Miami's Y100. Michael made his debut on E! in 2008 as a Host and Reporter for E! News. You can also see Michael as a regular panelist on Chelsea Lately’s round table and on EXTRA. Michael has appeared at numerous comedy clubs across the country including The Improv’s, Comedy Store, Palms Hotel, Laugh Factory and Stand-Up Live. Michael can also be seen on Kourtney and Khloe take Miami and as a celebrity correspondent on CNN, FOX and MSNBC.
Oh my! This dude is funny! Next huge thing- been following him a while (since his Chelsea Lately days) and he is now a top tier comedian! Good deep jokes and very family oriented!
It's the truth. Great set but both guys, Lee and Yo. Great set, great flow. Keep up the grind. Gotta say, Punchline could do a little better with service...

It was a nice laid back venue with really good comedy acts. Find this place in North Beach.
He was great! We frequent 3 clubs and see lots of acts. Yo was one of the best we have seen in the last 3-4 Years.
I'm already a fan but have never seen him live, he's definitely worth seeing over and over. I love that the venue is cozy enough you are really part of the show. Love, love him!!

Michael Yo had us ROFL...such a great night! Can't wait to go back, first show I've been to where all the comics are good. Only problem was the club was slow at times with service but besides that all good.

Not very funny.......kinda boring esp. when he put up pics. of his mom and immitated her broken english with a corny asian accent. Sooooooo old school comedy that anyone could do. However, Nick Guerra was one of the openers and this guy ROCKS ! I won't ever miss a show where Nick is playing........
