Miami Open Grounds Pass Tickets

The 2024 Miami Open is my 9th (missed 2020 and 2021 2/2 Covid pandemic). Coming from the northeast, the Miami Open is very convenient. It’s ~ 3.5hr flight. The tennis is amazing!! Accommodations are bountiful. They allow fans to bring in an uopened liter of water. Given the price of water here, that’s a great improvement. On the subject of food choices, there certainly is a variety but mostly fast food. To give you an idea of cost, a slice of cheese pizza is $14.00. There is only one place to get coffee. Parking continues to need improvements. Buses and cars are in the same lot and those of us who pre purchased parking enter in the same gates and lanes as those who didn’t. Hard Rock stadium appears to not recognize the presence of female patrons as the availability of bathrooms is who fully inadequate and the one port-a-John was absolutely disgusting (nonflushed toilets filled to the brim). This is day 2 of rain and the communication coming from the MO is glacially slow to non existent if not after the fact. This includes what the staff is informed of. A parking lot attendant asked us for an update.Given that Hard Rock Stadium does not have covered courts it makes schedule logistics very difficult. So why do I keep coming back? Shear convenience of a 3.5hr flight. However again I be evaluating Indian Wells as an alternative. Everyone I’ve spoken to who has attended can’t say enough positive things.

The Grounds Passes were great, as we went on the 3rd day of the event. The facilty is easy to navigate and get used to. Not overly crowded during the early rounds, and we saw some very good matches. However as expected, some prices were exhorbitant on the grounds (e.g. shaved ice lemonade - 32 oz for $13) . But coffee not excessive at $7. Free items are always fun and useful like sunscreen being given out. The Miami Open app was very useful, and wifi easy to connect. Overall we had a great day.

The open experience of being able wander thru the different games and proximity to the action was amazing. The accessibility to the grounds parking and available choices of food a plus. Coming back next year

My Italian husband and I went to cheer up the Italian gang! It was amazing seen them play and train, besides the other players. Excelent organization. Forza azurri 🇮🇹🎾

I know this tournament is growing, and in a new-ish venue, but it's time to make some changes. WATER STATIONS ARE A MUST. People will still buy your over-priced drinks, but please provide the basics. Hell, have a water company sponsor the stations! Learn from Indian Wells - they do a phenomenal job. Even the small San Diego event brought on coolers. Cmon Miami. This is a thirsty city (in more ways than one).

Beautiful grounds, clean, safe, easy to see many great tennis players

I loved how the set up/decor was so beautiful and that there were many good food/drink options. Ofcourse, the matches were the highlight of the day but I especially appreciated how kind and accommodating the staff at the entrance of the stadium were.

Yes a bit pricey for food/drinks/parking but it was a wonderful day & venue. Was able to sit up close to the matches and got to meet some players. Overall great experience...will be returning!
