    Parking disaster

by Paige on 3/27/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

Event was great, but parking took 1.75 hours and signage was lacking. Staff kept directing traffic to full lots. Eventually after 3 lots being redirected and sitting in traffic around the Stadium for 1.5 hours, we found parking at remote lot with shuttle. No signs marked where to turn into remote parking so we drove straight as one sign suggested for 3 miles away from intended lot. Parking was awful. Event, once inside, was great.

    World's best players, beautiful location

by Great action on 3/27/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

The actual event is amazing and ticket prices for the outer courts or grounds passes are reasonable. The food however is generally low quality and exteremely expensive. Outside food is forbidden. There are a couple decent options, but you pay out-the-nose. Stadium matches are ridiculously priced. The lower-priced tickets are so far away from the action you'd have a better time at home.

    Terrible parking

by Big Papi on 3/27/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

Tennis was great - shuttling around for more than 1 hour for a pre-paid yellow lot parking space seems to me to be a bit much though.

    Unfinished and expensive venue

by Andrew on 3/26/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

The venue feels like a building site. They have started prep for the F1 and the whole area look half built. Once inside the central plaza is ok but stadium court is very half baked. Food and drink is very expensive.

    Enjoy it every year

by Marc on 3/26/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

Love to attend each year. Ground pass gets you to all the courts except the stadium and unless you have great seats the stadium seating is terrible for watching a match. Parking was easy and the staff are very helpful. We had the burger, hot dog and the chicken tenders- all of it was terrible. The vendor tents were mediocre and not much to interact with at them. The hot dogs at Key Biscayne from one vendor tent were amazing, So was Ben and Jerry's ice cream. The vendor tents were much more interesting and engaging. Lastly, much harder to get autographs from players - at key biscayne you could ask as they went to the practice courts, as they went to the players lounge. At key biscayne they also had pro's come out a sign

    Miami Open Rainout

by Miami Open rain out on 3/25/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

Purchased 6 tickets for Miami Open 3/22. A complete rain out. We did receive 6 replacement tickets for Sunday but most of us were flying out Sunday. Complete waste of money

A most enjoyable day of Tennis

by Paula on 3/25/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

We enjoyed the atmosphere and excitment of spending a day of tennis at the Hard Rock Stadium The grounds were beautiful with the water fountains and flowers and lots of chairs & tables to have a sit and relax . just a shame it cost so much to buy a bite to eat and somehing to drink !

    Too Rainy

by SP on 3/25/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

Sadly, it was too rainy for us to stay! We had a grounds pass for the day, but matches did not start until after 5 PM! Otherwise, I’ve been the last three years and it is always great!

    Fun event

by Bev on 3/25/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

Fun event. Lots of great matches. BUT Information lacking on website. Rain delays, etc not available anywhere and phone calls unanswered.. Spent most of time in Grandstand. Could not see score on scoreboard (seated in center end court) which was frustrating. In days past scores of other courts were displayed between sets, not anymore. I do not want to spend my time looking at my phone. When a player retired no info provided to fans. Had to call husband at home since TV provides better info. Parking- we are not handicapped but in our 80’s. Need a drop off spot that’s sensible.

    Not the simplest tennis experience

by Juan on 3/25/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

The app shows courts in random order and the live games have no info on which court a match is happening
information people are friendly but not very much help, they needed to scroll up or down on my phone’s app
I really miss the Key Biscayne days

    Rained Out

by Carrie on 3/25/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

Poured rain the entire day but they squeezed in a match so we would not be reimbursed!

Some of the courts are really small

by Victor on 3/25/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

A lot of matches were getting crazy lines when we couldn’t get in. Some matches on court 1/7 with zero appeal and lot of empty spots. Need a better job choosing who plays where when not in the stadium. Entrance area too small to the amount of people

Not a great experienced. Missing Key Biscayne!

by Christiane on 3/25/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

This was the first time I went back to the Miami Open after they moved the tournament from Key Biscayne to Miami Gardens and I have to admit it was a pretty disappointing experience. Not only is the atmosphere gone, it feels like the tournament is ‘squeezed in’ before the F1 event in May. Noisy construction for F1 stands is going on while tennis matches are played. The unfinished F1 stands look like a ghost town surrounding the tennis courts. Feels really weird. You still see great tennis of course but it’s not the same experience without the atmosphere. Parking at $30 and $40 is ridiculous if you don’t have another way of getting there. There is no real public transportation option like at the US Open in New York. Everything inside costs an arm and a leg. A bottle of water $6! Really? And no drinking fountains. I am probably not going there again but rather fly to NYC for the US Open for the real experience.

    Room for improvement

by Sylvia on 3/24/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

The experience with the ground passes at the Miami Open was better last year. The layout of the grounds is great and the parking was easy. But this year it was striking how there was loud music everywhere, which we ended up hearing even once sitting inside the tennis courts. This was really annoying and has no place in a tennis environement. The food we had left to be desired as well

    I miss key Biscayne

by A tennis fan on 3/24/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

I went on the first Thursday and parked at Orange 1 for $40, which I find way too expensive. I have been a big fan of the tournament when it was played in Key Biscayne and was hoping to get the same atmosphere at the Hardrock Stadium, but the ne location is mo match. Seeing and hearing the prep-work for the F1 event didn’t help. Not sure if I will come back.

    Great Venue

by Davey on 3/24/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

Love the venue, good parking, plenty of seating around the grounds and multiple food options. Only gripe is the same every year - but the high profile doubles matches on bigger courts ! The smaller ones (like Court 5) just fill up quickly and leave big queues trying to get in.

    Best way to go

by Tennis Lady on 3/23/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

Grounds pass is the best way to go for your money. You can move around the grounds and see numerous matches.

    Poorly Done Everything

by Ponti on 3/23/24Hard Rock Stadium - Miami

Too many grounds passes issued. Impossible to get onto outer courts. Poor scheduling. Placed Gauff (doubles) on one of the smallest capacity outer courts. This was much better when in Key Biscayne.
