Great experience. Love seeing great tennis at a great venue. Plenty of options for food and drink.
Absolutely Amazing, my 1st event was U.S. Open last year NO compairision. The surrounding area was clean and beauiful.
Very hot. Venue to spread out. Too much walking. Food very, very expensive (more than NYC US Open. Overall not good experience. Will not return next year.
Not happy having a tennis tournament in a football stadium , even do they have built a tennis court for this event still feels weird. It’s not convenient or practical in many aspect of the event. It feels like food court with licor options instead of a tennis environment. The views for the game at the stadium are awful if you are sitting at the actual stadium , specially coming from the corners section. I sincerely wish it would go back to key Biscayne. On a positive side, it has a beautiful vibe the tournament and watching the players.
Love the reserved grandstand seats but would like the shady side past noon to go back into being reserved seating. That’s where we sat in the past and would love there to be reserved once more.
Great venue for tennis. Just need more shaded areas for eating and drinking around outside.
Everything was organized from parking to stadium entry. Food selections were great.
I love this court! It's much more intimate than the stadium. All the seats in the Grandstand court this year had seat backs which is so much more comfortable than the standard bleachers on the other courts. This year I reserved a Grandstand seat to ensure I had a seat with a back, but turns out I didn't need it (the year before only certain rows had seat backs). The one day I did not reserve a seat there were some packed matches, but you never know who might be on the court. If you want to see some high profile players, I'd suggest reserving a seat.
Thank you for hosting such a fun tournament! We will be back, hopefully there will be better food quality and options.
Best Open since it started at Hard Rock. Well decorated, good organization, easy to get in and out, good traffic control on the streets. Need to improve: quality of food. Overall below average. Food stands in the stadium are terrible. Food is expensive and extremely poor quality.
I enjoyed the tournament except that the practice courts were a little far away. however the parking situation was horrible. It took about 1 hour to park and walk to the tournament. The roads were all filled with cars backed up trying to get in to the park. I felt that we walked over a mile to finally get in the stadium.
The grandstand tickets were awesome, right behind the players, you really felt like you were part of the action. The whole experience is beautiful; from the many restaurants to the bars and merchandise stores. This will be a yearly visit for me from now on!
Great experience for you and your family. Lots of excited for all ages. Well organized venue I.e. event! Good food. Siskel and Ebert two thumbs up!
Although we liked the Key Biscayne venue better, tournament management did a good job with the open…it was absolutely electric. The only disappointment for us was the Fritz match taken off the Grandstand (since we had Grandstand tickets).
I bought the wrong court and didn’t see the players I wanted to see, should’ve been more specific where the main court is when purchasing a ticket
We paid for seats in the grand stand stadium @ $167 a piece. When we arrived there was no one there. As soon as we sat down a guard from a different section checked our tickets, from that point forward it was a free for all. People came and went, no tickets were checked and as long as you had a ground pass you could Sit Anywhere! Even the people that had tickets who came to sit in there Paid Seats were argued with by people who were sitting in there seats, obnoxious! My message to anyone who is looking to purchase grandstand seats DON’T your wasting your money!!! Venue is beautiful, food is good and tennis was great.
It was an amazing experience. It was very easy to park, access to the courts. Convenient to watch a lot of games and see great players. I loved it!!!
