Miami HEAT History

Founded in 1988 as an expansion franchise, the Miami HEAT has since reigned as one of the NBA's premier organizations, laying claim to 16 Southeast Division titles, seven Eastern Conference titles, and three NBA Championships. After hiring renowned NBA coach Pat Riley in 1995, the team won its first Championship in 2006, led by Hall of Famers Shaquille O'Neal, Dwyane Wade, Alonzo Mourning, and Gary Payton. The HEAT then captured back-to-back titles in 2012 and 2013 behind their league-altering trio, “The Big Three,” headlined by Wade, LeBron James, and Chris Bosh. Today, the HEAT continue to build on that legacy, with All-Stars Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro leading a new era of competitive excellence.

Purchasing the ticket was easy and getting in to the event was easy, just scan the ticket on your cellphone phone and your in. Pre-game show was good and fun to see and game time show with fan interaction was fun. I would definitely see games in the future.

All my prayers came true to see Jimmy Butler get back on the court. This was my kids first NBA game and it was awesome, Staff at the Arena were very helpful and friendly. I will definitely buy tickets from Ticket Master for any event. The process was very easy.

  • Happy ending

by Reddevil62 on 12/27/21FTX Arena (formerly AmericanAirlines Arena) - MiamiRating: 4 out of 5

Awesome play by Heat and especially Tylor Herro. There is an obligation to be fully vaccinated. Is has never been checked! So who is in the stadium? There is an obligation to wear a mask in the stadium. 50 % of the audience doesn't wear a mask. It seems like nobody cares!

  • Heat Herro and Me

by Grandma Lola on 12/26/21FTX Arena (formerly AmericanAirlines Arena) - MiamiRating: 5 out of 5

My family flew in from Singapore and wanted to see a Heat game. I rave about the Heat ad nauseam. We were not disappointed. They game a turn and the place/my family all 7 of us went Serengeti! From grandma (don't ask) to our 10yr old. Thank you Heat best lead up to Christmas. Well played Pistons. Have a wonderful 2022 everyone.

  • Horrible experience going thru the checking doors and x-ray

by May on 12/25/21FTX Arena (formerly AmericanAirlines Arena) - MiamiRating: 1 out of 5

FTX Arena does not post all do and don't that can be taken into the stadium. When you arrive you are told of other requirements which you are too late to correct. The people at the checking do not provide any assistance to the guests for their lack of properly informing the patrons.

The result after the spectacular,… everything is organized to make an emotional experience. You don’t buy a ticket for the match, but for all the collateral emotional activities as well
