This was a terrific performance by a remarkable company. My only quibble is the lighting. Why keep those beautiful dancers in the dark. There’s effect and there’s just too dim. But overall, inspirational.
How come I would buy a ticket for a performance I do not know not even the name, dancers, who is performing leading roles, etc. I have seen a lot of ballets in different countries my whole life. This is the first time I see this. That is part of ballet and performances culture.m

Loved it! Thought the program was varied and had really never seen a "comedic" ballet before!
The entire performance was very well done, the opening Raymonda Variations were lovely, the final piece 'The Concert' was hilarious and unexpected but the middle ballet Heatscape was breathtaking. The choreography for Heatscape had so many layers of interest and beauty...Justin Peck outdid himself!!
I took my daughter to see this performance and she loved it, definitely worth your time
The Twyla Tharp piece was extremely refreshing and different. Carmen was moving and outstanding, especially the male lead.
The entire concert was very good, and the dancing to Sinatra songs was simply spectacular! If they are performing this elsewhere, it willbe worth the drive!
Excellent performance. Especially loved the Nine Sinatra Songs. Dances were so beautiful.
Great evening. The dancers executed the choreography flawlessly and with elan. I have never seen MCB so crisp! My only nit was that it would have been nice to have something other than a bare stage, especially for the Sinatra songs. A 1940's hotel bar/dance hall background would have complemented the costumes and dancers nicely.
The show was average, nothing impressive. Tickets way overpriced, seating was not very comfortable. I would not recommend this to anyone.
The program included a piece by Balanchine based on Stravinsky music, Paul Taylor based on the music of Schubert, and Twyla Tharp based on 9 songs by Frank Sinatra. The dancers were wonderful and very well trained. It was a very enjoyable program and highly entertaining.
My family and I were looking forward to seeing the Nutcracker again this December. About 20 years ago we had seen the Nutcracker performed by the Miami City Ballet and wanted to share it with the grandkids now. What a disappointment! All of us were falling asleep during the first half, as the performances were dry and repetitive. The second half was better, but not great. We couldn't wait for the ballet to end and go home. I don't recall being that bored 20 years ago. This may well have been the the last Nutcracker performance that I will ever attend; why pay money to then fall asleep during the performance? I gave this a 2-star as the 2nd half helped to redeem the 1st-half.
We love this theater. Just the right size, great view from every seat and the sound system is beautiful. We see this production every year

The performance was very good! All performers are to be commended for an excellent display of their talents. The production went very well with stage changes being done almost transparently. Congratulations to all!
