Was a great experience. Loved the game, the kids did great, and the ticketing on the phone was really easy
Why was only one side of the stadium open. Make no sense. I want to root for my team and be part of a rowdy crowd but could not. Awful experience and favor the hone team. Should be a natural site no advantage to either team need to be fixed. Mr. Kraft you need to fix this your are affecting the outcome of these games.
I went with my daughter and her friends to cheer Marblehead HS play North Attleboro in the D 3 state Super Bowl. The game was a great back and forth battle the whole time, with Marblehead coming out on top by a touchdown. Gillette Stadium was such an awesome venue for the event. It really was. The fans for each respective school had their seating sides, which made sense. New England Patriots players had a recorded brief video encouraging each respective team, which was awesome. The big screen showed replays of happenings and highlights on the field. All seats were down by the field. No assigned seats meant fans could move about freely. Concessions served up yummy food. The weather ended up being surprisingly warm too, which was a bonus. I would def go again and root for my town team if they make it back to Gillette.
This was like being at an NFL game! The jumbotron and the replays, the announcer and the music for kickoff... it was AWESOME!!!!!!
It was an exciting game as it was non stop action and it wasnt decided until the very end. Again it was a classic game and a game to remember for years to come.

Enjoyed the stadium and seats and the game, obviously. But I think the personnel running the whole event, especially the broadcasters, needed to be reminded that it wasnât a professional or college event. In high school, the games should be just as much about all the students who put in an effort. The cheerleaders, the marching band, all worked just as hard and are just as important, and its about the students experience, not the outcome of the game. The fact the broadcast never showed the cheerleaders, and didnât show a second of the halftime performance (in a commercial free game) was embarrassing. Family and friends never got to see their student perform. Not upset, but please remember high school is way more than just football, and all the students deserve to receive the recognition for their efforts.
The field is beautiful and it was an amazing experience for the kids. We won For the second year in a row. This was a great time!
Very organized!!! I liked how the seating arrangements were posted in BIG lights and there were plenty of service workers to Help guide the crowds. We had a much fun!!
They should not even call it customer service. Rename it, we got your money now go F yourself. The worst part is for the event I had no choice but to use this shell company.

Went for my sonâs high school state championship game. They won!
Pd fior a seat, got there early enough, about 6 rows back, everyone in front of me stood through entire thing, couldnât even see the big screen. I politely asked the kids in front, who sat for 10 seconds and said the hell with it. I wasted my money going because no one sits in there seats! I canât stand for 2 hours to watch a football game!!!! Sitting should be enforced by the Stadium!!!!
there was easy access, the sports arena was very well managed, fantastic seating, great game. Food was pricey - but always is at these venues. The facilities were clean, safe, and fun was had by all.
Great Event! Awesome venue. Happy that all the teams were able to play at Gillette - it was wrong that teams were excluded from playing there for the '16 championship. Great decision to open Friday night for 2 games...

Best to purchase tickets at box office. Gate scanner couldnt read from the app & told me to go to box office; why did I pay fees?
Our home town team the DY Dolphins played and won last weekend at Gillette! The entire day was amazing and we have memories to last a lifetime.
