The experience I had was really great. Sitting front row to the field and watching my friends play in the championship game was a very cool experience not just for the fact that I got to see my friends play, but because I don’t know the next time I’ll be sitting front row at Gillette ever again. In all it was great experience for not just the players, but the people watching too.

I think your company sucks because of the Taylor Swift debacle up here in MA. Ruined my daughters Christmas.

It rained earlier so the seats were wet. They should have have attempted to dry out the seat since the rain stopped before the 5pm game started. Also the fact that you can't re-enter the stadium if you leave in the middle of your game was not ideal. Should be able to enter back and forth especially since the electronic tickets is all you needed and was good for all 3 games scheduled that day.

This was my first time to Gillette and it was an amazing experience can only imagine what it felt like to the kids on the footfall field only thing that would’ve made it better if CC Raiders would’ve won.

My Grandson, Khaji Charles and his Springfield Central High teammates were outstanding and awesome! Congratulations on their Championship Many Blessings to everyone involved; Staff and Students! Go Central High Football Team!!🙏🏼❤️

Was a great experience. Loved the game, the kids did great, and the ticketing on the phone was really easy

Why was only one side of the stadium open. Make no sense. I want to root for my team and be part of a rowdy crowd but could not. Awful experience and favor the hone team. Should be a natural site no advantage to either team need to be fixed. Mr. Kraft you need to fix this your are affecting the outcome of these games.

I went with my daughter and her friends to cheer Marblehead HS play North Attleboro in the D 3 state Super Bowl. The game was a great back and forth battle the whole time, with Marblehead coming out on top by a touchdown. Gillette Stadium was such an awesome venue for the event. It really was. The fans for each respective school had their seating sides, which made sense. New England Patriots players had a recorded brief video encouraging each respective team, which was awesome. The big screen showed replays of happenings and highlights on the field. All seats were down by the field. No assigned seats meant fans could move about freely. Concessions served up yummy food. The weather ended up being surprisingly warm too, which was a bonus. I would def go again and root for my town team if they make it back to Gillette.

This was like being at an NFL game! The jumbotron and the replays, the announcer and the music for kickoff... it was AWESOME!!!!!!

It was an exciting game as it was non stop action and it wasnt decided until the very end. Again it was a classic game and a game to remember for years to come.

Enjoyed the stadium and seats and the game, obviously. But I think the personnel running the whole event, especially the broadcasters, needed to be reminded that it wasn’t a professional or college event. In high school, the games should be just as much about all the students who put in an effort. The cheerleaders, the marching band, all worked just as hard and are just as important, and its about the students experience, not the outcome of the game. The fact the broadcast never showed the cheerleaders, and didn’t show a second of the halftime performance (in a commercial free game) was embarrassing. Family and friends never got to see their student perform. Not upset, but please remember high school is way more than just football, and all the students deserve to receive the recognition for their efforts.

The field is beautiful and it was an amazing experience for the kids. We won For the second year in a row. This was a great time!

Very organized!!! I liked how the seating arrangements were posted in BIG lights and there were plenty of service workers to Help guide the crowds. We had a much fun!!

They should not even call it customer service. Rename it, we got your money now go F yourself. The worst part is for the event I had no choice but to use this shell company.

It was a great rxpirence overall. Would have been better if my school had won
