iLive are excited to announce the long-awaited return of legendary hip-hop duo Method Man & Redman on their Blackout Australian Tour. The two prolific rappers, who have also carved out massively successful solo careers, released their first collaborative album Blackout! in 1999 which earned the duo a cult following, and ten years later, followed up with Blackout! 2.
Both albums have become legendary hip-hop classics. The duo, who are known for their hype shows, start their Australian Tour in Adelaide on the 8th September, and travel to Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
Red and Meth still killing it at 50+ with no skips in the beat! Energy still pumps through these guys veins like it 95'! The venue was great too. Sound was unbelievable and the whole night was Top Notch! Def going to hit other shows here đŻ
The performance was excellent. Unable to have anything to drink inside was awful
This concert was very well put together, however the one big issue that I had was not being able to drink while the concert was going on. It was ok not to have alcohol but at least be able to have water. I would say 90 percent of the people there were wearing masks which I was very happy to see. Overall definitely worth the price.
The show was amazing! Red and Meth are energy and a whole vibe ! Iâm looking forward to seeing them again
There were too many opening acts, but once these headliners came on stage it was forgivven because everyone including myself were estastic and had an amazing time.
Their energy and the level of Love is amazing when they are on stage. No matter the city or state they put on an AMAZING Show.
No details provided regarding the show except starts at 9. Method man and Redman did not get on stage until 12:15 am. Felt like you kept us there hijacked to listen to the same music played by DJâs and overkill with way too many opening acts. It was ridiculous. On top of that Meth and Red show seemed wildly over planned/produced. Nothing natural about it. And they didnât play many hits. Method man playing group based Wu-tang songs while being the only group meme her present was a joke. Be better fellas.
The venue was perfect a great view from all angles.. The sound was awesome and clear.. I would recommend this venue always..

Scope staff was very pleasant at first sight. Parking was more than adequate for 5 bucks. I dont drink or smoke so i can comment on the arenas bar and such. The show was like the 90s all over again. AZ was good. The big screen was showing great pics and graphics throughout the night. The hype-man was very funny and entertaining. I am so glad it was indoors and I didn't spit out extra loot for VIP. The hype-man was clowning them all night lmao. Best paring of course was raekwon and ghostface. I appreciate GF coming all the way from denmark recently to make the show. jim jones was ok, his message about parenting was cool after he performed. Funk doctor spot was very entertaining, his 90s references, angus black and method throwing towels into the crowd was awesome. He even signed a picture for a fan upfront. Great overall experience! Only knock i give is where were the usb charging ports inside arena?
The show didn't start on time and it ended later than was stated on ticket, I had other plans and wasn't able to make it due to show schedule. I didn't like the alcohol situation, the ticket maze was crazy! Food trucks was too expensive too!
The energy was beyond this world. They had everyone jumping on their feet the entire set! Iâd go again if I could!
All performers were awesome, awesome, awesome.. I would love to see them again.. canât wait till the next show that features these artist. Loved everything about the show.
Great performance. Red & meth were alot of fun. Did all their classics....plus red assisted on some classic wu-tang joints as well ! An all out classic show ! They did a nipsey hustle tribute as well as an odb tribute. The chemistry and energy between these two are great for a live performance !

This is my second time seeing them in Charlotte and they haven't disappointed yet! One of the most fun and energetic shows I've been to! Highly recommend to any and everyone who wants to experience a different kinda ruckus!!!
Omg, I havent seen Method MAN Since I was in 9th grade AND IM 35 NOW. WHEN he came to the LJVM COLISEUM in Winston Salem, NC. He was with BIGGIE and Mary J blige. ANYWAYS BEST SHOW EVER !! HE HAD ON RED AND BLACK AIR FORCE ONES I REMEMBER BC I WAS PULLING ON HIM IN THE AUDIENCE LOL .HE ROCKED IT. DANCING LIKE HELL LIKE ME. REDMAN KILLED IT TOO AND HE FUNNY AS HELL. METHOD MAN LOOK SO GREAT. I WILL LOVE FOR THE WHOLE WU TO BE THERE NEXT TIME. HAVENT SEEN THEM SINCE THEY WERE HERE IN WINSTON SALEM,NC AT THE Millennium Center. I will definitely go and see Meth and Red again. The BEST show ever !! I LOVE U METH.
I have been a fan since I was 16. The hype DJ did a fantastic job Deejaying. Method Man and Redman brought IT! I would go again for sure!!!!!
