Meek Mill on Tour

Philadelphia rapper Robert Williams, who performs as Meek Mill, broke out in 2012, after he signed with Rick Ross' Maybach Music Group and released his first solo album, Dreams and Nightmares. The album, which followed a string of increasingly popular mixtapes and singles he'd been unleashing since 2006, hit No. 2 on the Billboard 200 and solidified his standing as one of the top young guns on the MMG roster. Meek -- who was raised by his mother after age five, when his father was shot to death, also got himself on the rap mogul track by creating his own record label, Dream Chasers Records, which by 2013 had released mixtapes by rappers including Loui V. Gutta, Jahlil Beats, and the late Lil Snupe. Meanwhile, Meek is no stranger to stages, touring regularly on his own and appearing at concerts with labelmates Rick Ross and Wale. Fans with tickets can expect Meek to create a party atmosphere while generously sharing his stage with guests artists.

    Meek put on a great show and the crowd was definitely feeling him. The concert was sold out and that’s because everyone was happy to see him perform live. I also enjoyed Kash Doll who also didn’t disappoint.

    I think that this concert should have been in a bigger venue and environment. Fox Theater was too small for the number of people attending concert. If he has another concert needs to be in a bigger location and stage. But overall Meek's performance was top rating

    The timing on the show was so quick. A lot of ppl do not show up to events on time. I understand missing some acts because the show started on time, but the overall concert itself seemed kind of short. If the concert starts at 8, I would at least like for the entire concert to last at least 3 hours to get a good money’s worth

    The concert was great, the venue was great. Had a decent view even way in the back on balcony seating. My only gripe is that there needs to be more control over seating. On multiple occasions my group and a few others sitting in the same area were asked by other guests to move over or flat out move down to GA because they bumped into their friend/s at the concert and needed an extra seat or two. This can be really annoying while trying to enjoy the ongoing concert. Once on the balcony floor there is not really much in terms of staff checking tickets to make sure people are in their correct seats. Otherwise, the concert was great and me and my friends thoroughly enjoyed the show!

    I loved the performance, but it was WAY too short! I’ve never been to a 3 hour concert lol. Plus i came only for meek so i was only there for an hour. Not bad for the price. I’m not so sure I’d see him again. 🤷🏾‍♀️
