Maysa Tickets

As usual, Maysa was amazing. Her voice was absolutely beautiful, the backing vocalists harmonies were smooth and beautiful, and the band kicked some funky a**!! Maysa is a one of a kind rare talent! Please support her and live music in general! It's getting tougher and tougher for artists (even ones who have paid their dues, like Maysa) to make a living bringing us all the joy of music. Imagine your life without music. Nuff' said!

Maysa was simply WONDERFUL.!!!!!!! The entire concert was AMAZING!!!! The vocalists and the band were outstanding!!! I really did not want the show to end.

Maysa was truly awesome (as usual) she is so talented and was in excellent voice and spirit. She reminded us of some of her classics and spiced them up with some samples from our vintage greats. She took us on a journey from Sarah Vaughn to Janet Jackson and quoted some Abbey Lincoln in there too. My girl is phenomenal weaving her life-story into a song; sharing joy and pain wrapping it all up in a beautiful jazzy melody. Her band was great; the sexy sax player, young talented trumpeter, and keyboard playing musical director all added to a wonderful night. She was also accompanied by a marvelous young male background singer who could scat and had a range that must be recorded. All in all one of the best entertainers in the business, she gives her all and then some. You are fed musically and spiritually with every performance. Love you Maysa.

Maysa delivered yet again with another soul stiring performance. Such a beautiful woman with a strength and vocals that are strong! The band was very talented and I especially enjoyed the trumpet player and the male back-up singer! I hope she felt the love the crowd had for her and I look forward to seeing her again soon.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We attended with another couple and I'm not sure who enjoyed it more. Maysa was exceptional and sounded superb. I would definitely go see her again. Was a fan before the concert after seeing her live, she now has a fan for life.

What an amazing talent. She was even better than the last time.

I taken my boyfriend to see Maysa for his birthday and to my surprise see was doing a live taping. Her voice is so powerful and her band is "cold". I loved how engaging she was with the audience and her band. She is so "real". She was surprised with ballons and a cake from her band and she even recgonized people with in the audience that were celebrating birthdays. I only regret not saying something to to someone (I don't know who to let know) that my man's b-day is Wednesday. That would have made him melt in his seat. If you have never experienced Maysa you should treat yourself to one of God's angel. Peace

My wife and I attended Maysa in concert last night and were blown away with her musical gifts, her stage presents, her band, back up singers and most of all with the woman herself. We saw and listen to a CLASS performance by a singer who not only creates her own material, but can make anyone elses song her own. Bottom line; when ever we have the opportunity to see her and her band perform again, it won't be SOON enough. One of the best things about last night concert, is that it was recorded live at the Birchmere (Alexandra, VA) and everyone in the audience was offered a pre-relaese CD, they can obtain by mail. We can't wait to receive our copies!

Totally enjoyed this concert! Maysa is incredibly talented, entertaining, energetic and refreshingly real! She performed for approximately two and a half hours...the entire concert was on! Her musicians are awesone as well as her two backup singers. A fabulous evening for me, my sister and her boyfriend.

The concert was awesome! Maysa was very intimate with the audience during this live recording for her new CD....very soulful. I enjoyed it 100%

Gary taylor should have paid me to come too his show ! Maysa sung okay but didn't sing but two of what i thought was her :A" songs . I will continue to buy her cd's but not go to her concerts.
