  • The prince of Christmas returns!

by DL on 12/25/24The Danforth Music Hall - TorontoRating: 5 out of 5

This is my third year in a row of watching Matt’s concert and it always one of the highlights of my year. Matt is an extraordinarily talented live performer. He’s effortlessly funny and charming and can sing the roof off of the place. The audience was rapturous and it was an absolutely thrilling experience. Can’t wait to see him again next year!

  • My favorite Christmas tradition

    by A Reader on 12/23/24Rating: 5 out of 5

This is the third year running my friend and I have seen Matt Rogers, the Prince of Christmas. I initially had misgivings about general admission, but as someone with ample birthing hips, I did feel better being on a barstool on the main floor instead of in a seat that touches too many parts of my body. Matt Rogers has been a goddamn delight every time I've seen him. The stage presence! The vocals! The song "God's Up to His Tricks,"which is so cathartic to me (what with the religious trauma) and my friend (who lost their whole home and nothing good happened, they just lost their home). ! have no doubt l'll keep seeing Matt Rogers as long as he's willing to come back to Seattle. Matt's great, the crowd's great, the staff of the Neptune is great; 10/10

Go! You won’t regret it. Maybe listen to the album first but I didn’t and my face hurt from smiling.

What a great way to kick off the holiday season! Matt and his band put on a great show full of energy and humor. He looked great too! 😋 He really knows how to work the crowd which made it even more fun! If you have the chance to see it, don’t miss out—it’s the perfect way to embrace the holiday spirit while celebrating the artistry and resilience of the LGBTQ+ community.

  • The Prince of Christmas

by Cammy on 12/20/24The Fillmore - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

Matt Rogers is one of the best performers out there! That he only graces us with his presence at Christmas makes his shows even more special. No one captures the magic of the Day that Moses did the lake better than Matt Rogers. He truly is the reason for the season.

  • Truly the Prince of Christmas

by Sam on 12/18/24The Wilbur - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

This is my 3rd year of seeing Matt’s Christmas extravaganza and as always, did not disappoint. I hesitate to leave such a glowing review bc I will be so sad the first year I can’t get tickets, but it is my favorite part of the holidays. Truly hysterically funny while also heartfelt and of the season. He’s the Prince of Christmas and long may he reign.

  • The Prince of Christmas does it again!

Matt Rogers’ “Have You Heard of Christmas” tour is my favorite holiday tradition. He delivers fabulous vocals, hilarious lyrics, and an all around fun and festive concert. Don’t miss his tour next year, and literally have a gay old time!

  • Long live the Prince of Christmas

by Avery on 12/16/24Theatre of Living Arts - PhiladelphiaRating: 5 out of 5

What an unbelievably fun show! Matt Rogers is an icon. His songs are hilarious but also BOPS?! I love his album, and yet his songs had so much more LIFE on stage. Lots of great dancing and the vocals were amazing. Super enthusiastic crowd, too. Long like the Prince of Christmas!
