I wondered how they would pull off the play in the small venue and it just rocked !! I love the updated added touches and changes with cell phones and Obama jokes. I grew up on this play and the movie I know all the words and songs. it met and surpassed what i hoped for
Fabulous cast! Fabulous set! One of the best musicals I've seen in years!
Great energy, fine voices, no . A nice show for junior high church group. Definitely needed an edge of some sort.
This play was excellent. The set was awesome. The actors are so talented, so much energy and great singing voices. Tom Vendafreddo was great, as singer and pianist.
The Godspell chorography is energetic and professional. The basically young ensemble had several standouts - Jesus, Judas and ensemble member Tom (All Good Gifts). Tom's piano playing is also a strong point of the production. The costuming is odd and in several numbers the music seemed "choppy" and in "Alas For You" the band and the cast were performing at quite different speeds.
