About

Oh the Thinks you can think...when you think about Seuss!

In this fantastical, magical musical, some of your favorite Dr. Seuss characters are lovingly brought to life with the Cat in the Hat, Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, Lazy Mayzie and all of the Whos of Whoville. These classic, colorful tales are brought together by Jojo, a young child and "thinker of strange and wonderful thinks." A special one-hour presentation for kids (and parents!) of all ages. Every performance is followed by a question & answer session with the cast.

My kids just loved this performance. It was right a 1 hour (perfect) for little kids. I would recommend to anyone.

Probably better suited to older kids

It was good play but probably better for the older crowd of kids. I felt that the audience interaction was nonexistent. The ushers at the children's theater are not kid friendly they are definitely crabby and don't ever really appear to be happy to be there

    Seussical was family fun

by Wismommadison on 11/24/15Marriott Theatre in Lincolnshire - Lincolnshire

Having been to the Marriott Theatre before to see Cats, I was expecting a quality show with great interaction with the audience and was not disappointed. The acting was quality, the singing superb, and it was a thoroughly entertaining experience. The one area I was disappointed in was the costumes. Horton wearing tan overalls and just a grey floppy hat? Cmon, you can do more than that, even if the actors played multiple roles. The cat in the had could have had some face makeup on. The costumes just seemed really like someone ran out of costume budget and told the actors to just wear what they could find. With CATS costumes being so superb, this part was a let down and I feel detracted from the whold experience.
