MARISELA IN CONCERT:
Platinum blonde Latin pop sensation Marisela continues to be an icon nearly two decades after her debut, living up to her reputation as the Latin Madonna with racy performances and her signature girly vocal style. BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:
Born in Los Angeles to Mexican immigrant parents, Marisela made her album debut at age 18 with Sin El (1984). All ten of the album's songs landed on the charts, catapulting it to platinum sales and cementing its status as one of the most important Latin pop albums of the decade. She continued to release hugely popular albums throughout the '80s and '90s, with fans and critics alike hailing her as Latin music's answer to Madonna. Donning the same platinum coif and racy outfits that made her famous in the '80s, Marisela delighted fans on tour in 2013, fueling anticipation for another round of performances in 2014.

Marisela's show was fabulous. She has been my favorite singer since I was a young girl and loved hearing and singing all of her songs. The only thing I wasn't happy with was that she did not sing the song she is known for..."Tu Dama de Hierro". Eveyone was waiting for it, since she kept calling all the ladies by that name. Otherwise her and Alvaro Torres were amazing!
I was waiting for years to listen this melodic voice in a live event! I will pay again to watch her singing!
Love it! We loved the theme for the whole concert she performed and that we sang along with her instead of her!
It was good but the background music was louder than the singers. Most of the time we can’t hear the lyrics. But overall good.
It was a very exciting concert! Everyone singing along I was amazed how everyone knew the lyrics, Marisela was very friendly with the fans and the fan loved her! Two thumbs up!!

Marisela and Alvaro Torres were incredible on stage, she kept the audience so enthusiastic and Alvaro Torres as well. Very professional performances and very rewarding for the public. Hats off to them!!

Theatre staff needs improvement of sound system and short lines to bar and food

Small theatre , that is the best part, I saw my artists very closely with out buying a expensive ticket. Very nice concert.
Marisela is great, she is a godess, her performance was great and Alvaro Torres as well but the sound was awful, nobody could hear anything what she was saying and sometimes even the songs. They try several times to fix it even she got mad on the middle cause nobody could hear her. Sound technician really really bad there. The concert ended and the guy never fix it.
We all age and our abilities to perform our professions decline with the years. It is a fact of life. If a performer has lost those abilities, it is time to retire. She did not sing because she has no voice left.
Great show! The theater: not crowned (it’s a small theater), easy in and out and easy to parking.
I wished to enjoy more from Maricela, but there was too much interactions in the songs. But it can be better next time
The concert was great . Is my first time going to Ritz and my impressions of the seat not good they were so so so close together. It seemed we were in a can of sardine all pile up ... they need to do something about it ... the rest was ok 👍🏻
One of my dream was to see my favorite singer Marisela. I’m super happy that I realize that dream. Marisela and Alvaro Torres are great singers. I had an awesome time one of my life best experience.
It was a wonderful experience. Not the first time I visit the Ritz. And it is always a great experience. Love how organize events are carried out. Great customer service.
