What a fantastic show, even for someone that only speaks some Spanish, music knows no boundries! I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of the show! From the beginning to the end, the music was delightful and the Ballet Folklorico was colorful and entertaining! If you have never been, you should go!

Dr. Nevin is an amazing ambassador for mariachi music and in honoring this unique art form! The night also included the incomparable Mariachi Vargas! Was a grand celebration!
The almost sold out audience really loved this concert. There was a mix of traditional mariachi and some modern arrangements. The orchestral background made for a rich blend of sounds. The dancers were amazing a usual, with their colorful costumes filling the stage and the sides of the auditorium. The overall effect was so exciting and the whole concert was tremendously enjoyed by all, with several calls for encores.
My husband and I had an amazing evening at this Mariachi Gala ! We arrived early and enjoyed several school Mariachis outside of the theater entertaining a small crowd. The music was beautiful and inspiring. We even sang along more than a few times !
Loved the mariachi concert, wished it was longer. Loved to see all the dancers.

For someone who really loves mariachi music it was a performance of two halves. Once Mariachi Vargas took over the stage, I could feel the music and didn't want them to stop. Great! For someone who does not speak Spanish, there was much said I didn't understand. Congratulations to the orchestra leader for a great job done.
What an incredible show. Every talented musician was also an incredible singer. At times the stage was overflowing with colorfully costumed dancers. The professional-caliber performers ranged in ages from children to seniors. And the exuberant audience added to the joy of the evening. I bought the tickets as a birthday surprise for my husband and he loved it.
What a great show, so full of energy. The musicians and the dancers were wonderful, a very nice event. The talent of the evening was incredible. There was also a pre- show outside of the civic center, two Mariachi groups performed, that was a extra I had not expected.
Really enjoyed the mariachi and symphony together.

These performers brought their A-games! Each selection was like a morsel of lovely performance flavor to savor. All the music hit with timing, power, beauty and emotion. My first time seeing this performance, but definitely, not the last... I'll bring more friends and family next time. This is a must see for any fan of classic mariachi.
The venue was beautiful for a performance combining Mariachi, soprano Monica Abrego, Ballet Folklorico, and the best was Mariachi Garibaldi. The acoustics at the theater were great! When the Orquesta Sinfonica joined in, the sound was amplified, yet it was a symbiotic sound. All wonderful!
The music was fabulous. The mariachi and orchestra were great.
