MARC SCIBILIA IN CONCERT:

Marc Scibilia combines classic folk storytelling with a modern pop sensibility, crafting catchy songs chock-full of energy and soul. His singing style alternates between gravely whispers and soaring croons as he breathes life into his beautifully crafted lyrics. Whether playing acoustic or electric, he brings the same sincere and spirited presence to fan favorites like “Better Man”, “How Bad We Need Each Other”, and “The Shape I’m In”. Ticket buyers can expect an emotionally earnest and musically moving performance every time Marc Scibilia takes the stage.

BACKGROUND SNAPSHOT:

Born into a musical family, Marc Scibilia started playing piano at the age of six and moved on to guitar in his 20s. Acting on the advice of his high school counselor (albeit sarcastic), the budding songwriter moved to Nashville to write and perform. The joke was on his "mentor" when Scibilia released his self-titled EP in 2012, which immediately led to opening spots for the likes of John Oates and Six Pence None the Richer. His rise continued in 2013 with The Shape I’m In EP, which led to headlining shows of his own. Scibilia experienced something of a breakthrough in 2015 when his rendition of Woody Guthrie’s “This Land Is Your Land” was featured in a Jeep ad that aired during the Super Bowl. That exposure made Scibilia one of the most Shazamed artists during the sporting event and led to interviews with and coverage from outlets like Rolling Stone, USA Today, and Billboard. With a full-length album in the works, Scibilia is busy adding more fans to his ever-growing following with his rousing performances on tour.

  • Amazing Night

by Braden on 4/30/25Rating: 5 out of 5

Marc at the 9:30 Club far exceeded my expectations. We had a great night. He played my favorite song, Unforgettable. And it truly was unforgettable. He was better live than I thought he was going to be. Thanks for putting on a great show.

  • BROOKLYN BOWL. My new fave.

by Mallymalmalcolm on 4/23/25Brooklyn Bowl Nashville - NashvilleRating: 4 out of 5

Fantastic venue, best employees ever. They made the evening wonderful. Only negative was $15 for a beer. As far as Marc Scibilia I thought and my partner both thought he was fantastic. Great energy, great Lyrics all around a great show. We will be back to Brooklyn Bowl.

Intimate and soulful experience. Marc has a great story about fulfilling a dream and he really brings it. Rich vocals, great energy and wonderful audience engagement. We learned about him on Facebook reels, checked him out live and really enjoyed it.

Marc is the best. Absolutely worth seeing live. So full of heart and soul, he’s a musical genius. Wish I could see him every weekend!! Don’t delay- go see him now!

  • Good but regular covers

by Rodrigo on 4/14/25Irving Plaza Powered By Verizon 5G - New YorkRating: 4 out of 5

I liked some of his original songs. He was really nice and connected with the audience. Very good voice. As to the covers he played, they were too many and are not very creative versions of the original songs. He ended with Bitter Sweet Symphony, which is a veru regular quality cover as is almost the same as the Verve's version

  • Beyond expectations!

by Char on 4/13/259:30 CLUB - WashingtonRating: 5 out of 5

Mark and his fellow artists did not disappoint. Music was high captivating and engaging with the audience. Bummer it was switched from the weekend to a work night...though it ended up being a wonderful evening.

Small venue, huge talent. Marc and his guests put on an amazing show. Loved every minute except for the minute it was all over. Sincerely hope Marc will include Toronto on his next tour.

Had so much fun! The whole night was magical & overall awesome. Both the service at the venue (Birchmere) and all of the acts! Marc is such a talented performer. Humble & down to earth too! Everyone had a chance to meet & snap pics with the musicians afterwards. Which was great!

I originally went to see Corey's Harper, who killed it by the way, but was blown away by Brad Ray and Marc Scibilia! Incredible group of guys, so so so talented. Go see them if you have the chance!
