The Anthem is a solid venue.

I was informed that my seats were reserved and that there was a separate entrance for these ticket holders, which was also short. The man at will call was calm, helpful and happy to help. At the door, three people ushered us in, asking politely for vax proof, ID and a metal detector checking. Professional, low hassle, and quickly done. Next, a ticket check from a random usher - easily spotted due to their outfit and neck lanyards. He knew exactly where my seats were and directed me on my way upstairs. Another usher approached us, asking if he could kindly help - awesome. He took his time, showed us the seats and did not make us sit, we chose to get a drink. The bartender was nice, polite again, asking to see wristbands. All in all, every interaction was just professional, not hassling, being helpful. I was impressed. They hire good, calm people who do not get impatient with the crowds.
