The singing, choreography, and overall performance was unbelievable!
This was a truly amazing production of wonderful singers and actors.
I could not believe how wonderful the singing and dancing and acting was. By everyone. Sometimes during a show the performers are not all great. This performance everyone was great. I have had the good fortune of seeing Mamma Mia at other theaters including London. This was my favorite performance. If it was playing longer I would go back again for sure.
The performance was great! The music was (of course!) fabulous! Wearing a mask throughout the performance was absurd! While watching the orchestra pit, the back up singers looked ridiculous humming 3 bars, put on a mask for 3 bars, mask up for 3 bars, etc. Had I been told I would have to mask up for 3 hours straight, I never would have bought tickets. I will not be forking out $400 for four to sit and wearing a mask for hours ever again.
What a great show. Starts a bit slow but when the reply popular ABBA songs kick in it rocks and never looks back. The voices of the main actors/actresses were wonderful and we happened to be part of an engaging, borderline rowdy, audience which added to the fun. Amazing that the simplicity of the set changes carried the whole story. We night even go back once more before it shutters. If you are a fan of live theater and musicals you should take this show in.
Can’t beat the great ABBA music! Lifelong fan of Alexa Vellanoweth (Ali) who really brought next level energy to the show.
I loved ❤️ the performances & the songs … I will never get tired of this that I wish I can watch it again ..
It was a great performance! We discovered the Butterfly Guild musical series 3 years ago and we love attending! They put on an amazing show and it's all voluntary! We had a lot of fun with Mama Mia and are looking forward to The Sound of Music next year!!! Great fun giving to a great cause!
Went with my granddaughter and we both loved it! Such a talented group!
We loved this performance of Mamma Mia! Excellent voices and dancing! It brought the audience to their feet with singing and dancing! One of Donna's old girlfriends was surprisingly funny! Her variation of the intended character was hilarious! This entourage was a perfect combination of performers and should not be missed!
I have seen every version of Mama Mia, including both movies. This version was totally enjoyable from beginning to end. Maleeva and entire cast did an excellent job!
I would really give the performance a 5, but the audio was lacking. There were times that the sound system just didn't have enough power and i had to struggle to hear dialogue. The actors were fantastic, the story was fun and the music and singing was exceptional.
My husband and I truly enjoyed the dinner and show. The actors provided an excellent service at dinner time. The system used for leading people through the buffet is well coordinated. Food was delicious. It was amazing how quickly the buffet area was transformed into the acting stage. Overall, awesome performances by the actors. Wonderful acting and singing!
The greeting was good. Everyone was helpful and kind. The show was great and the service was good. But when the desert was the best thing thats not good. Out of all the food the salad was good. The Roast-beef was horrible. The chicken was dry and non of the food had no taste and the shrimp was rubber. But I mean the show was the greatest it felt like I was on broadway. The young lady that played Sofia was a Under study, but she was awesome I am not sure how the other young lady would have been but I couldn't asked for a better Sofia.
Food was good and loved the show good music and dancing colorful costumes
As always, the theatrical experience at Toby's was flawless. Music, vocals, dance and staging were most entertaining. Hated to see the show end. BUT.... Don't go for the dinner. Steam tables on the buffet don't work - so, if you're not in one of the first 20 tables called up - expect cold food. Not bad...just cold.
This is more than your normal dinner theater. The food here is better than most places. But the real treat is the show. As always, Toby's mounts a thoroughly professional, highly entertaining event. The actors can really sing as well as act. The supporting orchestra is first rate. All production values are very high standard - costuming, lighting, sound, special effects, believably matching actors to roles, playing theater-in-the-round to the entire audience so that there are no bad seats or neglected areas. Toby's is always good, but their "Mama Mia" was truly stellar - we will definitely return!
The show exceeded our expectations. The theater, staff, and performers were great. The music was great. As good or better than broadway shows we have gone to.
Show was so entertaining! Music was great, and dancers so talented.
Beautiful Theater, Friendly and Helpful Staff. The performance was exceptional! Cast was over the top talented. A truly wonderful experience.
