We had a wonderful time at the basketball game! the team did a great job, it was fast paced and very close. They won! No problem with our tickets on my phone or getting in. All went smoothly.
My husband and I had a great time at the game the entertainment was a family good time
We attended an evening game and sat in the first row in section one. We had a great view of the game, and the referee activity because we were seated behind where the stats staff and replay monitor was stationed. The game was well managed. The sound system needs improvement. It was loud but difficult to distinguish what the annoucer was saying.

My son summed it up nicely. NBA ball in a high school gym. Small enough that everybody had a great seat in the quality of play was really fun. And the beer was local and yummy!!
The game was a lot of fun . Easy in , easy out and quick check in process.
The game was awesome, some real talent there.. we were amazed at some of the players The worst thing was all of the people that continually walked back and forth...making it difficult to view entire game.. we were in section 13 low level. Terrible seating....next timecwe will sit opposite side and higher....we went for the game. Not concessions.. and we won 2 prizes. Pretty cool for first time at Celtics....
It was a great game with great people! Prices were fair and seats were great for price! Concessions were annoyingly long but can’t complain since everyone acted human!
This was our first Maine Celtics game and my girlfriend and son and I had such a great time! Great energy and excitement, economical too! We'll be back. Go Maine Celtics!
I did not like buying through Ticketmaster, Our seats were uncomfortable and when I ordered, I thought the online seating chart did not really show how far off the seats were. The price was too high for that location. It was too loud and I will bring some earplugs for the next one. HOWEVER, remember I loved the game and will try again on the 20th hoping the seats are better and more comfortable but the price is still too high for people my age (or most ages). Good job with the activities for young people and the mascot did a great job!
Most everything about the experience was great! Helpful workers, great sight lines, good basketball, The only area where I thought was negative was that they no longer have draft beer. Cans was it though a very nice selection. The price at $10 was a bit much this is not Boston Garden.
What a great experience, especially considering I only spent $20! I was in town by myself and had to kill a few hours, and this was a fun way to do it. Will definitely come back with my kids to watch a game, this is an excellent low-stakes option introduce young fans to pro sports.
The players showed great heart and hustle. The ending was dramatic-Chris Collins made a long 3 pointer with .5 sec. on the clock for the win. But there isn't enough leg room for these old knees to stretch out, and the concession line was waaay too long
Our group had a great time at the game. There is not a bad seat in the facility. The staff is helpful and friendly. The basketball is played at a very high level. I highly recommend.
My group of four fell apart because of the blizzard, so I said, "To heck with them, I'm going." I was very impressed with the caliber of play.

Things didn't go well due to no emailed tickets anymore. Wrong option picked (mobile app) and had to wait till 3 hours before game time to resolve ticket issue with multiple emails back and forth. Overall, game experience went fine. Will know how to do the ticket purchase and pickup process next time.
This was a lot of fun! We were right up behind the bench so we got to see the players and all of the coaching they were receiving. We got to see the highs and lows of being ahead and then losing the game. It was very exciting and a very personal experience! I will definitely go again!
Got turned away because we was unaware we needed vaccination cards.we came from Wiscasset in bad weather as well. We was bummed. Was excited to see their first home game. Live and learn i guess.
This is less of an "arena" than it is a "gym". You can't be more than a dozen seats from the floor. Amazing. Great to see elite athletes that close. And before they make it to the NBA and beocome divas. Great take. Good price. Portland, ME is fun to visit.
