The play, the crowd, it was all great! Thank you so much!
Took the grandkids. They enjoyed the game and both got tshirts that were thrown to the crowd
The Expo is a great venue to watch a basketball game. It's nice to feel so close to the players. The intermission events are fun too. Overall great atmosphere and will be back.
First time at the Maine Celtics in Portland, Maine & it was so much fun! The tickets were reasonably priced so I bought tickets as close to the court as possible & the seats were AWESOME! The venue is small so any seat would be good. The game was exciting, so cool to be so close to the team. The half time show was cute, Lucky was there! Great venue for families. Staff was super nice, overall lots of fun, can't wait to go back next season.
amazing to see future NBA players this close and personal as the building is tiny, like a high school sized gym so every seat rocks. And you get to see these amazing athletes who are super hungry to impress hustling like crazy. amazing show!
great seats! game was great and so much going on before and during the game Extremely entertaining! WE would absolutely attend again this event again and recommend it to others. Super good for children to attend as well..
Enjoyable experience at the Game. Good seats and competitive team. Staff does good job keeping the fans engaged
Had a good time. Music was too loud. Had to yell to talk to people next to you.
Great basketball. Very affordable. Concessions were good and reasonably priced
The folks working the Maine Celtics games are the BEST on the planet. The parents with little kids in the stands might be the worst. It was like being at Chuck E. Cheese with an accidental basketball game somewhere in there. I wish it was a better experience because the players were top notch. But if you were close, you couldn’t see anything other than the constant flow of people. And if you were far away, you couldn’t help but be distracted by the insufferable din of screaming and crying and chattering about anything but the game.
Had a great time. Tremendous basketball in a classic gym. Only complaint is my kids spent the entire second quarter and all of half time in the concessions line.
Great afternoon of high level basketball at a reasonable price
Had a great afternoon with family enjoying great basketball easy parking great seats
I dislike having to wave a cellphone to enter the venue.
Easy in and out of the Expo. Food reasonably priced, nice variety of adult beverages. The basketball was athletic, entertaining and with great players hopeful for greater fame. I’ll surely attend again. PS: we got a good parking spot too.
This was an early Christmas gift for the two older grandsons, no cell phones in sight. We had great seats and got there early to eat and watch the Maine Celtics do their warm-ups. To our surprise, Luke Kornet and the Boston Celtics coach, Joe Mazzulla, were there.....BONUS!!! JD Davison and Jordan Walsh were amazing and so were the rest of the cast of characters for the Maine Celtics! Another bonus, we won the game over the Raptors 905 team. Will do this again!!
Amazing! Anywhere at the Portland Maine Expo is so close to the court. The highest seats are just about ten rows up from the court. The cheerleaders and owner greeted us as we enter the gates with free programs. Only gripe is the concession stands for food and drinks have very long wait time.
So, the game was on an ESPN network and the Maine Celtics only sold seats facing the camera leaving most seats empty. Most seats in the hall have no backs meaning I could not find two seats together with backs. Nice to inconvenience the fans for appearances.
Packing fans on one side of the court like sardines just to make the appearance of a packed house for tv was completely miserable. I don’t think anyone expects that the G league is going to pack the house at 2pm on a Wednesday. Come on. We are the ones keeping this team alive. The dancers performing with their backs to the crowd and facing the empty stands for the cameras was especially sad. Do better for your fans.
