  • Macy Gray Don't Age!

by FT on 7/15/25Palace of Fine Arts - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

She was as dynamic and entertaining as when I saw her 20+ years ago. Her voice is awesome and she interacted with the crowd which made everything more fun. Definitely go see her if she comes to your town!

  • Not the Old Macy

by Mysicluva on 7/15/25Palace of Fine Arts - San FranciscoRating: 2 out of 5

Honestly. She changed. Like every human does. But she now is Rock?! Which is a surprise. We thought she was on something the first 5 min of the show. It was an experience for sure. But not one I would pay to see again…ever.

  • A AND A

by Lauri on 7/15/25Palace of Fine Arts - San FranciscoRating: 5 out of 5

AWESOME venue and Macy was AMAZING!!! Seats are very comfortable (and rock), aisles are wide, too! Macy was gracious, funny and THAT VOICE 👏👏👏

  • A bit of a bummer

by Avid Arts on 7/13/25House of Blues Anaheim - AnaheimRating: 3 out of 5

The venue was very nice my seating was great. The headliner Macy Gray seemed wasted and there was trouble with the sound. It was confusing and erratic, kind of a disappointment

I love Macy. I have been to 11 concerts by Macy. Her voice is so soothing and her music has gotten me thru a lot of good and bad times. Go Macy!

  • Wow!

by Twisted lady on 10/30/24Aztec Theatre - San AntonioRating: 5 out of 5

I really enjoyed the show, I bought tickets the day of and was able to sit upfront. My only issue is even though I was up front, our view was slightly upstrucked due to the speaker. However, Macy Gray was FANTASTIC! The venue is great and I feel like I may spring for VIP next time.

  • Macy Gray at Turfway Park

by Lisa on 9/4/24Turfway Park - FlorenceRating: 4 out of 5

She Did a really good job at her singing!! I just wish that she could have had a little entertainment before she came out doors opened at 8pm she didn’t come out until 9:25pm instead of us just sitting there waiting for her. But other than that great job Macy!!

  • Macy rocked it

by MikeH on 9/3/24Turfway Park - FlorenceRating: 4 out of 5

Macy Gray rocked it loved the concert…. Just a little short. I had great seats and the venue was nice. I would definitely see her again

  • A Stunning Voice with a Phenomenal Band

by Chris Pack on 9/3/24Turfway Park - FlorenceRating: 5 out of 5

Macy Gray and her band were absolutely stellar! It was amazing to see her perform on stage with such energy, humor, and class. You can hear every detail in the music because of the band's excellent collaboration with each other and the sound resonating throughout the room. Speaking of which, the space in which the concert was held was absolutely lovely! I had an excellent seat in the center part of the room. However, based on what I have seen, it seems like you had an excellent view of the stage in the left and right areas of the room. The only "bad"seats were the nosebleed seating areas (of course). However, Macy Gray went to various parts of the stage while singing so everyone could see her well. This was the best concert experience that I have ever had so far. I believe that attending any of her concerts will be a real treat for anyone interested in jazz and R&B music. She will blow your mind!

Macy Gray was wonderful….she still has it, for sure! Great music, a great sense of humor and great rapport with the audience. The ambience of the venue made it even more special

  • Real!

by Ronnie on 12/20/23Antone's Nightclub - AustinRating: 5 out of 5

I loved the true, raw, real emotion that NRM - Macy Gray expresses herself with on stage on every track! Enjoyed every minute of her show!

  • Uplifting

by Willie on 12/18/23Rating: 5 out of 5

In October, I saw Macy Gray in Atlanta.I thoroughly enjoyed the show (yes, she starts late). On December 16, 2023, I saw Macy in Kent, Ohio. I timed my arrival just right, sat down behind a birthday woman (her mother), and enjoyed a delightful show. The band was tight, the sound system and backing were excellent, and Macy put on a show!

I guess I can't really complain about the performance because tickets were priced reasonably. Macy only sang one of her hits during the 2 hours that the performance lasted. I don't recommend paying to see her.

  • Macy Gray at the Birchmere, Arlington, VA 2/7/2023

    by Macy's Biggest Fan on 2/17/23Birchmere - AlexandriaRating: 5 out of 5

An absolutely wonderful evening with Macy Gray! The Birchmere did not disappoint either ... I enjoyed the unique atmosphere and the food. But this is about Macy. Her songs are remarkable, her great voice hasn't changed a bit, and her personable nature, precious charm, and California Jet Club just made it a night I shall always remember! I simply love her music and those of us that sat out on the bench all day awaiting our entry ticket and her arrival all agreed ... we are Macy cult members and will be following her to as many of these powerful and intimate performances as possible.

  • Wonderful Evening!

    by Kathy D on 2/15/23Rating: 5 out of 5

I went w/a friend to see Macy Gray at the Bergen PAC. We had a ball! I adore Macy and she can do no wrong! She’s quirky, beautiful, and quite the songstress and entertainer. She captivated the audience w/her stage presence, soulful singing, and engaged w/everyone. I Loved her play list and she came back and did 3-4 songs as an encore. Her band was fabulous too! I even met her Asst Connor while buying a t- shirt. The Bergen PAC crowd were all dancing and loved Macy! Thanks Macy. Hope to see u again!

  • Fabulous

by Carmen on 2/13/23Bergen Performing Arts Center - EnglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

The venue is perfect. The acoustics are great. The opening act, Felicia Temple, was awesome. Macy was phenomenal. She engaged with the audience and all her songs were done in the way that only Macy can. Shout out to the band... They too, were awesome!!!

  • It was a delightful, and fun night.

by Ileana on 2/13/23Bergen Performing Arts Center - EnglewoodRating: 5 out of 5

Macy is phenomenal in every way. Her voice is unique. She’s quirky and out there but in the best ways. We enjoyed the concert from beginning to end. The opening was Felicia Temple who was excellent, I’d go see her in concert for sure, and Macys band was fantastic. Overall, a really great time, fun, real and I would go see her again!

  • Great Evening

  • Love Macy Gray but disappointed with overall show.

by Cissy on 2/12/23Birchmere - AlexandriaRating: 2 out of 5

My excitement was diminished by how horribly late MG began the show...27 minutes late. I asked a Birchmere employee what was going on and was told "because she's Macy Gray". Sorry, not a good answer. Once she took the stage she offered no apology for being late. She seemed like she really didn't want to be there and gave, in my opinion, a lackluster performance. Being late screams lack of respect for your fans. We needed more performance and less diva. My opinion changed as a result of this show.
