Once again Machel did a fantastic job bring soca to the U S with music, comady and entertanment like no other ... and this yr he even bought chutney .... and the king and queen of the orginal soca .... Great Job Machel .... I cant wait for next yr. :)
High energy from start to finish. Love the fact it started on time and not too many unnecessary breaks between performers.
Last nite Machel Montano took advantage of Madison Square Garden by transforming into a tiger & sharing the stage w/ legends Sparrow & Rose. Machel should be locked up, not charged, for whining in white patent leather pants like that...LOL..Overall, the one word that precedes T&T best describes his performance, Sweet!!!!
The concert was fantastic. Full of energy I would def pay to see Machel in concert again!
I support Machel every where he goes and i think he's a great performer he has talent, energy, creativity like no other. Whatever flaws ppl may have about him has nothing to do with what the man is capable of doing and thats move the crowd. Keep up the good work Machel see u at the next event. Blessings

That concert was the BEST concert I have EVER been to! I would most definitely go to another one whenever he does one in the states again!!! I will remember this for the rest of my life!!!

Machel is a spectacular artist and an unbelievable performer! He had every person in the theatre on their feet for the entire night. My friends and I truly enjoyed the show and would purchase tickets to see Mr. Montano perform again. I had the time of my life! I LOVE MACHEL!!
Great, great show!!! From start to finish, the show definitely embodied the true culture and excitement of Trinidad Carnival. JMC Triveni opened the show with nice vibes. Rikki Jai then came on and performed some Chutney hits that had the crowd entertained. And then.............MACHEL!!!!! The theatre darkened and then all you heard was the backdrop to Advantage. MADDDDDDDDDDDD!!!! Machel performed tune after tune for over 3 hours bringing out the rest of the HD Family (including Zan, Farmer Nappy and Patrice Roberts) and surprised the audience when he brought out Benjai, the Mighty Sparrow and Calypso Rose! Machel always gives 110% when he performs and this was nooooooo exception!!!
Machel was great. His performance was unforgettable and I wished that it could have been a longer show. His performance made us all want more. Very energetic performance!!
I absolutely LOVED Machel's show!!! Not only was it entertaining and exciting, it was also touching. He brought out some old calypso legends who really paved the way for the soca genre and for his career personally. The tributes that were made were so sweet and thoughtful!! And of course my feet and waist was hurting for days after from all the WOTLESS behavior!! Love love loved it..i would go every year!!
Amazing concert. I wish it could of been a longer performance. I loved every minute of it. I went to Carnival in Trinidad this year and it felt like I was in Port of Spain all over again. The crowd was on their feet the entire time so I was glad that I wore sneakers to the show. Machel brought so much energy to MSG that I am suprized the building is still standing! To top it off he paid for an extra hour to continue to his because he was not finished because Machel is all about his FANS! I will continue to see him perform for as long as God allows me to breath! I loved it!
The Machel Montano concert at MSG on March 25th was amazing. I felt like I was in Trinidad for Carnival all over again. He brings so much energy to his shows that sitting down is not an option. I loved it and would go time and time again!

The show was great especially the HD Family. I loved it when he bought out and give tribute to past and present guests.. The whole garden was rocking. The only negative thing i find for this was time.. This show needs like an extra hour..But I loved it and got my money worth.
I had such a great time at this concert. Everyone was dancing and singing and enjoying themselves. The music was good, the performers were good, and there was good crowd participation. The only thing I missed was Destra.
concert was a huge party inside of the theater. Performances were great. Came out to see a fantastic entertainer.
I've seen Machel/Xtatik perform possibly hundreds of times and it never tires. As usual, he brought it to the Garden! Great show with fantastic guests taking us through the years of his music. Only downside is the attitude of some of the Garden Security. Most were good-natured about the crowd's enthusiasm but some weren't like the one who informed me that I could leave because I was standing behind my chair dancing (in an aisle). The audience paid a lot of money mainly due to the venue -- we didn't get in for free so treat us with the same respect that you would treat the audience of well known American performers!
