Lyle Lovett and his Acoustic Group Tickets

I had never been to the Uptown Theater in Napa. Wow - it's a gem! 750 seats small, good acoustics, comfortable. I have seen Lyle in concert 5-6 times since the mid-1990's, inside and out, large and small venues. I have always loved how much he admires and showcases his musicians, whether in an acoustic set like this one or with his Large Band. He is gracious and generous in his showcasing of their talents. This show was no different. Lyle is 64sh now. His musicianship is still great. His voice was weaker and I couldn't' tell if it was age or a cold or both, but sometimes we just couldn't make it out. Two of his bandmates has clear and sweet/strong voices and his just couldn't meet them. His story telling and chatter still made for a good night.

I can only wonder what his Large Band sounds like because his Acoustic Group was great! Best muscians I have ever seen in a live concert. My wife and I love Lyle Lovett and try to see him every time he comes to town. Most of those have been solo performances or with one other muscian. This was the best we have seen and hope there are many more.

He was simply mesmerizing. His voice, his presence, his personal stories. First rate professional, he and his band members.

Loved every minute of this talented man and his equally talented musician friends!

Concert in Lafayette Louisiana Friday 24 was amazing!!!!!

Lyle and his Acoustic Group put on an unbelievably display of musicianship this week in Lafayette. The guys were all acclaimed artists in their own right, and as Lyle pointed out numerous times, he was honored they decided to share the bus with him. Not to diminish the man himself because Lyle’s songwriting, arraignments, and on-stage banter with his band made the 2+ hour set memorable and really validated why I never miss the opportunity to see Lyle - whether alone, a show with REK, his big band, or this acoustic group. Fantastic show!!

Selena Auditorium is an awesome venue. All seating is good. The acoustics are phenomenal. This is our second time to see Lyle at Selena. He is an "ENTERTAINER" and "STORY TELLER".

We have seen Lyle with his Acoustic Band and with his Large Band several times. This show was fantastic. The group of musicians playing with him were an extraordinary array of talented individuals, all with rich accomplishments. Lyle showcased each and every one of them. The encore was beyond what we expected. Two hours and forty five minute show flew by.

Lyle Lovett exuded humor and a love for all of humankind in every song at his show in Selena Auditorium. A strong musician surrounded by strong musicians. How can such a big star be so humble?

Lyle poured his heart and soul out to us. His acoustic band, made up of wonderfully talented, accomplished musicians, really showcased his style! He made sure to highlight their careers and experiece. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening!

Lyle Lovett has put together a great band. Each member is a star in their own right. Of course, Lyle Lovett is a great songwriter and story teller. It was a wonderful evening.

We paid more than twice as much for our tickets than the people sitting around us who knew to buy at the box office. We will always check our options in the future. But I’ll never ever do business with Ticketmaster again!

He sang for 2 1/2 hours and never missed a beat. He had an elegant presentation and infused his music with emotion and soul!

Perfect seat. Perfect price. Perfect evening. So glad I was able to attend!

WOW!!! One of the best concerts I have seen at Arc Best! Lyle Lovett gave this concert his all! Incredibly talented, and personable, and what a voice! I was surprised that it wasn’t more widely advertised- billboards, etc. It was terribly disconcerting that the auditorium was so empty. I certainly couldn’t understand why there was another music event planned at Temple Live. Bottom line, this should have been a sell out crowd, and those who did not attend missed a wonderful show!

A great show (as always), with Lyle Lovett & his accoustic band! Front row seats made this experience a great one!

Lyle Lovett did not disappoint, he was genuine. And is a special talent of his own style. I expressed my appreciation of his music back in the eighties and it was good to catch up with him again.

Excellent show! He played for 2 hours and the music was great. He was very engaged with the audience and it really made the show even better! Would go see him again!
