About
Luke Combs is a country artist from Asheville, North Carolina. The singer-songwriter released his debut album, This One’s for You, in 2017. His sophomore studio set, What You See Is What You Get, followed in 2019, becoming his first LP to top the Billboard 200. That same year, Combs was nominated for Best New Artist at the Grammy Awards — his first of seven nominations to date. Combs’ third and fourth albums, Growin’ Up (2022) and Gettin’ Old (2023), were recorded simultaneously and serve as companion projects. For the latter, Combs included a cover of Tracy Chapman’s “Fast Car.” His countrified take on the 1988 hit single became a bonafide crossover success for the star, peaking at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and bringing about a duet with the folk singer at the 2024 Grammy Awards. In 2024, Combs will embark on his Growin’ Up and Gettin’ Old Tour in support of the dual albums.

by V. C. on 2/12/19Raising Cane’s River Center Arena - Baton RougeI have or had 4 concerts to attend this month alone. I hit all kinds of venues from huge stadiums to intimate clubs. As of this last year I lean to the smaller venues so the Raisin Cane River Center was perfect. I saw Justine Timberlake in January and wasn't sure anything could top that but Luke Combs brought it to us. His fan to artist involvement was phenomenal. At one point everyone was singing his songs so loudly I couldn't talk to the person next to me. Excellent concert, great value on the ticket price. Oh and it didn't hurt that I won a meet and greet!!! Thanks Luke!!!

Just wish I could say that to opening acts, Lanco and Jameson Rodgers. Sound was horrible. Need to fire sound guy. And there should be a rule that I can’t believe I have to suggest. If a guy is wearing skinny jeans and plays music, it’s not COUNTRY music, it’s pop music.

By the time Luke Combs cane on stage the energy level was high throughout the entire arena. Luke was superb. I never sat down once he took the stage. I left an even bigger fan!

Making the tickets ONLY available through mobile makes it very hard when you more than one person in your party to all be together at the entry gate. All tickets should have an option to be printed at home, emailed, mobile, or hard copy. Luke Combs was awesome!

Loved the light show but most of all the fact that he sounds just the same live as he does on the radio!! <3 Everyone at the venue, Verizon Arena, was very helpful and friendly!!
