One of the finest, in-demand rock 'n' roll ensembles working today, Lukas Nelson & POTR are bringing their powerful, joyous live show to concert stages in spring 2022. The live shows promise well-known POTR hits alongside new favorites, with a recent review proclaiming "[their] set was nothing short of inspired".
Fresh off the band's enormous success with 2019's Turn Off The News (Build A Garden), in 2021 their widely acclaimed studio album, A Few Stars Apart -- with standout singles "Perennial Bloom (Back To You)" and "Wildest Dreams" -- once again catapulted POTR to #1 on the Americana Albums charts for seven non-consecutive weeks.
Declared "His best album, yet" by Rolling Stone, A Few Stars Apart is Lukas Nelson's testament to finding a human connection: between close family and friends, as well as one's own heart. "The game, for me, is to find a unique way of expressing something that we all feel," says Nelson. "In spite of being influenced by so many different types of music and musicians, country music, in particular, seems to pull the strongest. Country songs can really get you in the gut, you know? And the simplicity on the surface, with the underlying complexity, fascinates me."
Lukas Nelson & POTR (bassist Corey McCormick, drummer Anthony LoGerfo, percussionist Tato Melgar, and multi-instrumentalist Logan Metz) have wowed audiences and won fans with their fiery stage performances and singular sound, which smoothly straddles rock and roll, country, soul, folk and R&B. Since their debut over a decade ago, the band have toured relentlessly, playing countless sold-out one-night shows and festivals around the world, and occasionally serving as Neil Young's road band. Nelson also co-produced the GRAMMY-winning music for 2018's lauded A Star Is Born film.
Channeled his inner Bobbie Nelson and that felt special, not sure if he meant to do that on purpose. Lots of melodies sounded like old school country songs; however with a side of indie rock. Thanks Lukas and the POTLR.
Came to this show with lower expectations and was completely blown away. Lukas is not only the son of a legend, but an amazing artist in his own right. Song after song offered Lukas’ own style of rock and roll greatness and with the stage presence of a real pro . POTR band was also great. Have nothing but good things to say and I highly recommend seeing if you get the opportunity.
I went to both nights at the Fillmore, it was great. Echoes, Life on Mars, Homeward Bound, and more. Great guests including Lily Meola, Micah Nelson (Particle Kid), and yes, Bobby Weir in a sandwich of 4 encores on night 2. It was lots of fun, the drunks were a bit pesty, it is annoying having to blur out the chatter of people conversing during music, music is for listening... converse on your social media!!!, shhh. All and all a great event. Lukas sure does rock the Fillmore. Echoes, what a masterpiece of a cover. I heard the first notes and said wow, that is old school.

Another nite as best ever! Amazing vocal harmonies. Great playing, and Pink Floyd “Echoes” (20 plus minutes) as ONE of his encores. Making his papa proud.
I was unfamiliar with Lukas and POTR but my boyfriend loves them so for his birthday I bought tickets to the Fillmore show. He has a great voice and can really play the guitar! He also played the piano during the show. The band is tight and you can tell that they really enjoy playing together. Very talented, entertaining I cannot recommend see them enough
Lukas made his Fillmore mark this night. He did some great covers - Homeward Bound, Life On Mars, Echoes. Bob Weir showed up for a West LA and Not Fade Away and of course Lukas played many of his own great songs. This one was a night to remeber.
This was my sixth time seeing Lukas and POTR and it was the best ever - so much energy and fun was happening up on stage that all of us had such a great time ! What super talented musicians! Also great to visit the Fillmore again -had not been there since my youth in the 70s ! Love that !
Lukas guitar skills were impressive, as much as the set list and band were. He's so passionate, and giving his all on each song. 4th time seeing him. Always a great show..go see him!
Fun show. A lot of country. It appears that Lukas will carry the torch for his father. There is an extraordinary songbook to choose from!
High energy concert. Loved that I could go up to the front and dance!
Fantastic show, even better than the last Lukas show we saw! They put on such a GREAT show! The energy is fabulous! From rocking it out to being able to hear a pin drop during one of Lukas’s solo’s…awesome. Can’t wait until our next show in April-lifelong fans!

Lukas Nelson and POTR were amazing and the show was so good!!!!!. I can’t wait to see them again. The band was top-notch and Lukas’s is incredible musician and their opening band, Madeleine Hawthorne from Bozeman awesome!!! I realize he wanted to sit down show but we really all need to get up and dance!!

Lukas Nelson is an extremely talented artist and I was totally impressed with his variety of different genres.....Yes you can hear Willy in his voice at times but hes definately his own talent and I would highly recommend his shows!!
Very enjoyable, dance party up front, energy in the room was 👍 definitely will see Lukas again, also a great opening band…all around great show 🤩
Both bands were just great! Lukas Nelson never disappoints. Most of the audience ended up coming down front to dance shortly after Lukas came on stage. We will see him every time we get the chance.
This is the second time we have seen Lucas Nelson and the POTR. Both shows have been great but this most recent one was next level. We loved how he transitioned from solo to his complete band- and back again- and from mellow heart felt ballads to a full on rock show. His voice and his guitar playing are amazing and his band is great as well.
We were gifted the tickets as the purchaser couldn’t attend that night. We were not expecting a really great band but that is exactly what we got! We had almost as good of a time as the other attendees that actually knew and loved them.
