While enjoying an unforgettable lineup and the best house band ever, we contributed to God's Love, We Deliver, an amazing organization that delivers close to 2 million meals to people in need. We will participate every year and you should consider participating too!

The Beacon ROCKED! (for over 4 hours!)

by KidNurse on 3/18/18Beacon Theatre - New York

Keith Richards (yes, that Keith Richards) doing a duet with Norah Jones. John McEnroe doing an amazing guitar solo in the middle of "Sharp Dressed Man" with Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top. Bill Murray giving March Madness scores while collecting cash from the audience. Ann Wilson belting out "Barracuda" - and so much more!! You never know who is going to walk out and who is going to play with whom. Don't miss next year!!!

    LOVE FEST

by AMORF on 3/18/18Beacon Theatre - New York

What a high energy, love driven concert! Starting with the crowd arriving everyone was smiling and happy and excited. Every musician that performed gave their heart and soul. And Whoopi Goldberg and Bill Murray were entertaining and really funny as the hosts. And then there was Keith Richards! Amazing. All of this and the best part is the money goes to a great cause. Wouldn’t miss it next year for the world. Like I said ... LOVE Fest New York style.

Classic & Younger Rock Artists Jam!

by Rocklass on 3/18/18Beacon Theatre - New York

Love Rocks #2 was terrific with an abundance of artists of different eras playing separately and together. Fun, part time hosting by Bill Murray too. Just wished the name of the person performing a number would have been listed in the screen on stage. Besides myself, I heard others around me ask “who’s that?” when certain musicians were on stage. Last - would like the long show to start at 7pm, so all might finish around 11 rather than midnight.

Brilliant Delivery of Love, Compassion: Love Rocks

by DanCaravan on 3/18/18Beacon Theatre - New York

For those of us that feel a spiritual awakening when listening to music, Love Rocks NYC took us to the mountaintop. The love and camaraderie amongst the musicians on stage created an energy of joy and anticipation throughout the crowd. From the moment Trombone Shorty and Ivan Neville brought New Orleans to the party the artists continued to deliver high energy to the stage. The speeches and fundraising were short and to the point and Bill Murray did a nice job reinforcing the need to donate and raise funds for this great cause. Highlights for this music fan included Keith Richards duet with Norah Jones on his "Make No Mistake", Donald Fagen's "Reeling In The Years", Robert Cray's band and anything with Gary Clark Jr. Finally Doyle Bramhall ll. and David Hildago (Los Lobos) performed a great version of Blind Faith's "Presence Of The Lord". Billy Gibbons, Warren Haynes, Larry Campbell, Jimmy Vaughan, Steve Jordan, Lucinda Williams, MAVIS and Emmylou Harris. Finally, Mark Cohn's soulful vocals and Mavis' lead on "The Weight" with Cohn and Larry Campbell was beautiful. I'm primarily writing this so I an read the reviews from others. There was so much to absorb and I can't find a setlist. Senior moment memory recall - Nona Hendryx performing "Take Me To The River" was a joy! Addition: Andra Day opened the show with a beautiful version of "Rise Up", dedicated to our men and women that are serving or have served in the Armed Forces.

    Love Rocks

by Ben2Crazy on 3/18/18Beacon Theatre - New York

Me and my friend were at Beacon Theater this past Thursday to see LOVE ROCKS NYC ! was one of the best shows we have attended in years. What a tour de Force, the show was supposed to start at 8 PM , and by Midnight was still going strong ! the band led by Will Lee with so many great musicians like Paul Shaffer, the artists that came to perform were top artists , like Keith Richards and Norah Jones , Ziggy Marley, Billy Gibbons ,just to name a few all of them were really terrific. The cause this show promoted God's Love also is a remarkable charity and their work is simply outstanding . Last but not least Bill Murray was there for the duration , what a treat!
