English singer-songwriter Louis Tomlinson rose to fame as a member of One Direction, one of the most popular boy bands in history, which was formed on British television program The X Factor. During his time with One Direction, Tomlinson and his bandmates sold over 70 million records worldwide, accrued over 21 billion streams, and embarked on multiple world tours. Following the announcement of a One Direction hiatus in 2016, Tomlinson made his solo debut with “Just Hold On,” a collaboration with Steve Aoki, and followed the release with “Back to You” featuring Bebe Rexha and Digital Farm Animals. He’s released two solo albums — Walls (2020) and Faith in the Future (2022) — both of which peaked in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200, with the latter debuting at No. 1 in the U.K. His third studio album, titled How Did I Get Here?, is scheduled for release in January of 2026, and Tomlinson will take the album on the road with an arena world tour.

louis is an amazing performer. I had the best time at his concert. Was very hot but Louis stopped to give everyone water breaks and made sure everyone was ok. I love him
Louis makes every show so special and so amazing. His vocal have blown me away this tour. WE NEED HIM AND HE NEEDS US
Louis is a fantastic performer and he definitely shows concern for the audience. However, the venue didn’t seem to be ready to handle this type of crowd. The lines outside were very confusing. As for buying merch, we didn’t even have a chance, because the tables were overcrowded in a corner of the entrance. Then, inside, the air was too hot and people kept passing out. I know the Anthem was designed to be mostly standing room only. This was set up in a way that had people pushing further and further in to the front. Even though we were less than 20 feet from Louis, we could only see him by holding up our phone. Louis had to stop the concert multiple times to get help for people and for water to be passed out to people. Except, during a time of COVID, people were drinking out of the cups and passing them to each other. Although that was a personal choice, it just didn’t seem like a great plan for keeping people hydrated! Then, when it was time to leave, people squeezed through a small area to get out. This scared me at the thought of not being able to get out in an emergency. I would love to see Louis perform again, but not within this venue.
Louis is so fun to watch. He was super considerate and even stopped the show for a fan who fainted. I love him with all my heart! The show was incredible!
It was one of the greatest experiences in my life! Being a one direction fan since I was 7 to now following their solo careers and finally getting to see him in person and in concert was a dream come true!
This was by far one of the best concerts I have ever been to. Louis really knows how to put on a show. It was the perfect set list and the perfect energy. Louis stopped the show multiple times because he could see the fans needed water. If you’re thinking about getting tickets for him then do it!!
I believe that this venue team is simply looking the best … checked Covid vaccination ✅ Checked age for wristbands ✅ The merchandise sales associate was super helpful and friendly even though many ppl were behind me. Loved the experience❣️
basically after the show he drove out on his tour bus and i was waiting the an uber to pick me up and he stuck his head out the window and made eye contact with me, waved to me and smiled at me. so my life is basically complete bc he knows i exist. also the concert was AMAZING! he stopped the show multiple times bc people were fainting and people needed water. he went off the stage for 5 minutes twice so everyone had a chance to get water. never seen any artist do that he’s amazing!
It’s Louis Tomlinson. Of course I enjoyed it! He was amazing!
best weekend ever with my close personal friend louis tomlinson
We got into the Anthem and as soon as everyone was in there, people started passing out from the heat. There were water cups being passed out but were only getting to the people in the front and sides and nobody in the middle. There were too many people in the venue overall and it was just crazy. The concert was amazing since Louis did stop twice to make sure everyone was getting water and staying safe before continuing. The anthem can hold the amount of people that it did, but it would be safer and more comfortable if they lowered their maximum capacity.
The absolute best night of my life. I love Louis so much and am so proud of him.
louis put on such an amazing show! i had been waiting for this concert since i got tickets back in 2019 and it was so worth the wait! definitely going back to see louis next tour! thank you to the anthem for hosting him <3
The Best day of my life!!!!!! the tickets were an early birthday gift! I WAS FREAKING out the entire time!!! I love him soooooo much!!!!!! I would have to say this was the best concert I have ever been to! everyone there was super nice
me and my cousin stood outside for 12ish hours only to end up in the back of the pit. (we started in the front). people were backing up and we grew overwhelmed very quickly and had to get out. i wish that security could have done a better job at controlling people from pushing forward but i still ended up having a great time just somewhat disappointing to wait all day to have to leave and move to the navk.
He was so kind to everyone. Definitely going again. Stopped the show once and didn’t Skip any songs was very powerful. Overall flat out awesome!!!
The opening band was perfect , Louis was outstanding , the Anthem was beautiful , the workers were so sweet and amazing , It was a beautiful experience that I will remember forever !
it was my first time seeing louis in dc after being a fan of him for more than 10 years now and i know this may sound biased but man does he know how to get a crowd going. his overall charisma and charm keeps the show full of so much energy that you can't help but feeling so happy and safe in the moment!! the band compliments his music and voice that i would 100% get tix to see him perform again.
Literally the best night of my whole life. Louis used the sign my friend read and stood right in front of me. The venue passed water everywhere to keep us safe and made people back up. This was my second show and I wish i could see more💙
this was seriously the best experience of my life. louis is genuinely so kind and cares about his fans so much. he made sure that everyone was safe at all times and even though he had to stop the show multiple times he finished the set list for us. im going to another show later this week and im so excited to see him again ;)
