This was an amazing show!!!!! Would do it all over again!

I had the best night. I took a risk and went to this concert alone because I knew I'd regret going if I didn't. it was 100% worth it. the atmosphere at this show was incredible. Louis was absolutely fantastic and puts on a great show. I hope every gets to experience this feeling at least once..

We got there on time , found our seats , it was sooo fun and exciting seeing your favorite one direction meme we perform , it was a really good time and it was worth the wait .

louis continues to be one of the best artists i’ve ever seen live. his show hold so much love and energy and it gives me the space to truly let go and have fun. wish i had more resources to go to all the shows!!!!

Louis and his opener were amazing - great energy, great setlist, and great audience. The merch setup was also great. However the management of the GA line up by Thunderbird arena was absolutely horrible. We were made to sit outside in the sun for 3 hours and were told we would be sent to the back of the like if we left without asking the security guard, but only 5 people were allowed to leave at a time. You were not allowed to grab a wristband for your friend who was going with you even if they were unable to come early - this did not make sense as it hasnt been an issue at previous shows at this same venue. As strict as they were being, they did not actually make sure people were in their number order which was also disappointing. They could have done much better and left the line management to the fans who know how to effectively and efficiently manage a GA line up. Will be avoiding shows at the UBC Thunderbird Arena from now on. Louis was amazing tho, highly recommend going to his shows.

Louis was wonderful! Took me back to being younger and seeing him tour with One Direction! Lots of amazing lights, covers, and surprises! Audio was great and Louis was a class act!

Appreciated the updates from Ticketmaster before the event. Parking (in and out) were extremely smooth. Concert was great!

The whole no lining up before 8am rule wasn’t enforced so a bunch of fans were already lined up at 5:30am. The security guards in the morning didn’t help any of the fans or enforce the rules. Besides all that the line system was pretty much okay. I had barricade and the security guards were super nice and talked with us. There was one security guard who was super nice to us and made my little niece feel more super excited for the show.
