Fabulous show, starting with amazing jazz by Ravi Coltrane, followed by two very funny comedians warming up the stage for Louis CK. Mr. CK was simply hilarious. Crazy. Insane. Hysterically funny.
Excellent show, very funny very smart. Great price. Lots of fun!!
Louis performance was just okay - some jokes very funny, some not at all. The acoustics of MSG did not do well for the warm up jazz act, which just sounded loud. The visual of Louis on the televisions would go in and out in terms of the lighting. When the performance was over, the escalators were not working and it took us ages to get out - we ended up walking down the stairs from the 200 seating level. Before the stairs we were all crowded together and waiting- great feeling during the age of COVID. I would have preferred to stream the event.
Louis’ stage presence is amazing. He literally had me and my wife and everybody else laughing for 70+ minutes. He’s been my favorite comic for a long time and seeing him live was an awesome experience!!!
Most brilliantly offensive stand up I have ever seen.
Great music, 2 very good opening acts and Louis CK was absolutely phenomenal!!
I was extremely apprehensive going to the show with my boyfriend given Louie’s past indiscretions and how I feel as a woman. That being said, I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard, the pre show entertainment was quite good with a special shout out to adrienne iapalucci who absolutely killed it. I was surprised Louie addressed his past and the hardships that his fans have had to endure over the past few years. While good, the openers really illustrate why Louie is so good, every joke landed and I don’t think there was any dead air where a joke bombed. I feel like Louie has redeemed himself considerably and I am happy he is back.
My friend and I had both never been to MSG before and are huge Louis fans! The entry was very organized, the seats were comfortable and provided a great vantage point for the action. Ravi Coltrane and his band set the mood perfectly for an old school vibe. The openers were excellent, particularly Adrienne Iapalucci. She was a stone cold killer and we walked away as 2 new fans. Louis CK delivered on every bit. The pace was great, the jokes were artfully disgraceful and we had the most fun with his Bible bit. Overall it was everything we could have hoped for. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves as much as we did. 11/10
Funny as ever and great venue! So happy we saw Louis again. Last time was a decade ago at Bananas in Hasborouck Heights. He’s really matured his presence on stage.
He’s as great as ever, only darker, deeper and hilarious!
Great opening by Ravi Coltrane (jazz) and the two stand up comedians. Then Louis was ....Louis, showing us why he is one of the most exciting masters of this genre!
This guy is the funniest, most creative and intelligent comedian I ever heard live other than Dave Chappell. No matter how sick his jokes are I can’t get enough of it. I’m so happy he is back on top after that mess in 2017. He did not deserve to be canceled. Thanks Loui!
Quite possibly the funniest hour+ of my life. I can't explain how hard I was laughing. I loved the fearlessness. Refreshing!!
Louis CK is the best today! His contemporary view of personal life stories and anecdotes were hilarious!
10/10 jokes. Nothing can stop Louis. He made Cancel Culture history. Getting hardcore cancelled and sells out Madison Square Garden. Incredible!
I loved everything about the show from Louis’ funny opening to the jazz trio to both warm up acts to the venue to the hour plus of top tier material from Louis. But the best part was getting to see my favorite comedian live.
We bought tickets in the 227 section and there was a big black sound that blocked the screen so we couldn’t see the comedians the entire time. You really should state that when we purchase the tickets. Impacted our enjoyment of seeing the show significantly.
What an amazing show. From the openers straight through the headliner, it was an honor to see Louis CK at the Garden.
The speaker obscured the screen so that we couldn’t see his face for 80% of the show. It was critical to so much of the show and a huge disappointment.
