this was a great show. lynrd skynard was outstanding. good crowd no problems.
The concert was great. The sound was very good and the entertainment was excellent.
Paul Rodgers was unbelievable. Talk about one of the best voices ever in Rock N Roll. He is definitely in the top 10 of all time great singers. Every song was great. What can you say about Lynyrd Skynyrd? Freebird is always worth the price of admission!!!!!!!
Great performers, good crowd, rocking music! I danced hard... Tailgating is awesome! Paul Rodgers = Satisfaction Guaranteed! And Skynrd was like listening to the good ol' times making new great times! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-HOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
great job loop. all the bands were great. could'nt beat the price.
Skynyrd headlined this show and they where really good but I have to say Paul Rodgers and his band really stole the show. I seen Rodgers with Bad Company twice back in the 70's and he's even a better singer and performer now. His band sounded just like Bad Company and he really got the crowd involved in almost every song. Skynrd was good and the can jam but just not as good. Loverboy opened and they where pretty good too, good warmup band. Little bit of a pain to get to parking lot but other than that GREAT show and nice stadium.
great concert and great venue. I loved the idea you can tail gate before the concert.. My wife and i took our 2 teen age sons to their first concert and we not have them hooked. they grew up listing to classic rock in the car and they new most every song. A new generation of classic rockers and loyal loopers.
Loverboy was good, but Paul Rodgers and Lynyrd Skynyrd rocked the house. It was an awesome show and it was great to see The Loop and Lynyrd Skynyrd honor our military and first responders.
First time I've seen Paul Rodgers what a show!!! I cant wait to see him again!
I loved loved loved this show. I'm not a big fan but Loverboy put on a good set. I almost cried tears of joy 3 times during Paul Rodgers set. He sounded amazing and played all my favorite Bad Company songs. I hope he comes back really soon. Lynyrd Skynyrd played a great set too. I had a blast at this show.
Enjoyed the show. All 3 bands sounded great -- vocals were spot on. Wish Loverboy had more time. Paul Rodgers was much better than expected. Lynyrd Skynyrd performances are always fun -- the band seems to enjoy performing.
Skynyrd did their same show they have been doing for years. Paul Rogers was in good voice and it was good to hear the old Bad Co songs. Loverboy good as an opener
Paul Rodgers has a voice unlike any other I have ever heard live. I only caught the tail end of lover boy but the sounded good. Skynyrd was fantastic, as always. One major downside was the fact that someone bent my radio antenna in two places and keyed a swastika on the hood of my car. Not sure who or why, but it was probably someone who drank too much and thought it would be funny. I know there is not much you guys can do to prevent idiots from being idiots, but it absolutely killed the moment.
I didn't know if I'd make through the nite, all that dancing. All Bands were amazing Kids. If you missed this show of force, LOOPFEST 2012. Then you were a fool. It's one show I'll always remember. Freebyrd as usual, Woe, what a song. I made it to the end of the show & I'm still standing.
Each act got better. Beautiful night, great people.
It was a great show ! But a very disappointing crowd , not as big as I thought..The venue was a rip off . $ 15.00 to park, $ 8.00 for a beer ! come on get real. Al though lynyrd skynyrd was great! We see them every time they are in town. Next year for loopfest different venue please.
music was good, couldn't see the singers. left early to avoid the parking lot traffic
I have been a loyal Lynyrd Skynyrd fan since I was 10 years old.I am now 46. I came to this concert with a kick ass,old skool life long friend. We were impressed with Loverboy's performance , and were blown away when Paul Rodgers hit the stage , tearing the roof off the place. When Skynyrd hit the stage,we were immediately taken back to the 70's. when life was simple and rock and roll was real. Van Zant seemed to also channel brothers and sisters that we lost through out the years , making their presents known . We felt that we have witnessed a historical moment. We have personally seen the last surviving ,original member of Skynyrd, Gary Rossington. We did not have a problem, paying the amount needed to be FEET from them. WE CAN NOW CROSS SOMETHING OFF OF OUR BUCKET LIST ! ! ! ! FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC ! ! ! ! ! !
Awesome music and awesome crowd. Fireworks at the end were nice touch.
The music was great, the fans were awesome, and the seats were pretty good to.
