A Detroit native, Loni has been working the comedy scene for eight years. She was awarded the Jury Prize for Best Stand Up at the 2003 US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen & voted one of Variety's 2003 10 Comics to Watch. Loni's movie credits include starring roles in the films With or Without You & Soul Plane. Her television credits include regular appearances on Chelsea Lately as well as guest starring roles on UPN's Girlfriends & Cuts. Loni played Viola in the NBC Comedy Thick and Thin & she plays Lunch Lady Rose on the Nickelodeon show Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. Loni has appeared on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, The Late Late Show with Craig Kilborn, Comedy Central's Premium Blend, Comedy Central's Weekends at the DL, & The Best Damn Sports Show Period. She has been seen on VH1's I Love the 70's/80's/90's. Loni has a half-hour standup special on Comedy Central that originally premiered in the spring of 2007.

by sfjon on 5/26/13Cobb's Comedy Club - San FranciscoLoni Love put on a fiercely entertaining comedy show, including some unscripted interaction with the audience. She had me laughing so hard right off the bat, my face hurt! Her humor is in your face and anything but G-rated, but I assume most people attending knew to expect that. We loved her and would see her again in a heartbeat. The setting worked well, the food at the club was fine for dinner before the show, and the waitstaff and event staff were very nice. We look forward to going back.
