  • Great show! Wish they did more of their new stuff.

Lonestar always puts on a great show. The crowd was a bunch of fuddy duddies, but it didn't affect the guys in the band. The show was so much fun!

  • Lonestar was mediocre!

by GrammyLynn on 8/28/11The Meadows Racetrack & Casino - WashingtonRating: 2 out of 5

The beginning was horribly loud with the drum vibrating through my chest! The ballads where the drummer played the tambourine were great.........I could hear & understand the lyrics of the lead singer! The rock n roll was again pounding my chest...perhaps the venue was not built for the output from the speakers.

Phenomenal show particularly for the price. Didn't know they had a different lead singer but he was excellent. Nice covers of "Walking in Memphis", "Drops of Jupiter" and "Get Back". Highly recommend this show!!

  • cover band??

by Stretch3038 on 7/6/11Star Of The Desert Arena at Primm Valley Resorts - PrimmRating: 2 out of 5

Good concert, hard to review. Seemed like the play list was limited to a few songs that help make Lonestar. Then it turned into a cover band. Please play some new stuff next time. We are in Vegas if we want to hear Aerosmith, we will go to that concert.

Lead singer not understandable. Trying to turn Lonestar music into rock.

The venue was perfect for Lonestar...sold out and I'm sure they could have doubled the capacity.

High energy and Lonestar was outstanding. Played all of their hits, some new material and a rock medley to end the encore.

  • great show--lonestar

by jeffgl on 10/25/10The MGM Grand at Foxwoods - MashantucketRating: 5 out of 5

Having seen Lonestar on at least 8 occasions, it's obvious we are big fans. This show was great as usual. The guys were in tight sync the whole night. Cody was a shining star again. His vocals were right on. Dean is always the showman and his smile lit up the MGM. Michael on guitar is always a joy and never disappoints and Keach plays the drums like rockstar. Keep up the good work and let us know how we can get your new songs played on the radio so others can enjoy what we already know

  • lonestar was absolutely amazing!!!!!!

by skyeraven on 10/24/10The MGM Grand at Foxwoods - MashantucketRating: 5 out of 5

i cant believe how easy it was to get into foxwoods, i havent been there in years. the theatre was a breeze to get to . our seats were amazing considering we bought at the sort of the last minute. they were extremely entertaining, talking and joking around with the audience a bit. they encouraged the crowd to sing, clap and stand along with them while performing. a few members of the group stayed after to shake hands and chit chat with the fans.

I love the band and their performance was incredible. They are friendly and kept the audience attention and participation. I was amazed at the musicians level of entertainment. I can't wait to see them again and the acoustics were great at the small arena at Buffalo Bills.

  • Disappointed but still a Fan

I was excited to see Lonestar perform but disappointed in the end of the show. They started their performance by singing a lot of songs from their new album. Then they performed their old #1 hits which really excited the fans including myself. From there they performed rock n roll songs. I purchased tickets to see & listen to Country Western not Rock n Roll. A number of fans left after the third rock n roll song.
