+LIVE+ in Concert
The original line-up of LIVE-Ed Kowalczyk (vocals, guitar), Chad Taylor (guitar, backing vocals), Patrick Dahlheimer (bass) and Chad Gracey (drums, percussion) reunited for a worldwide tour including North America in 2017. They are known as one of the most potent alternative rock acts and concert attractions-with their powerful musical dynamics, vocal fervor and questing lyrics.
The year 2017 marked the 25th anniversary of their debut album Mental Jewelry (released December 31, 1991). The multi-platinum band from Pennsylvania have sold over 22 million albums worldwide and earned two number one albums (Throwing Copper, Secret Samadhi). Their catalog is filled with such gems as “Lightning Crashes,” “I Alone,” “All Over You,” and “Lakini’s Juice,” which live on today as classics on rock radio.
The original line-up of LIVE performed their last show in July 2009 before going off in different directions. Rediscovering their friendship has healed old differences, setting the stage for the four members to come together to make music again.
+LIVE+ and BUSH have joined forces for The ALT-IMATE Tour, a high-powered co-headline 2019 summer run with these two iconic acts celebrating the 25th anniversary of their respective landmark albums Throwing Copper and Sixteen Stone. This hits-packed road show will hit arenas and outdoor amphitheaters in 33 cities across the country, kicking off June 6th in Mashantucket, CT with stops in Boston, Los Angeles, Atlanta and more before wrapping September 8th in Rochester, MI at Meadow Brook Amphitheatre.

Great concert!!! It was a little short. Quite inexpensive. Would do it again!!!
Another outstanding performance by Live. Great show! The only thing that could have been better was the Iliani Casino crammed the chair rows way too close together so that you could barely get to your seat even with the other guests standing up to let you by. But as far as the music, Live was spectacular
Went to the show to bring back the sounds of my youth. I found the band to be uninspiring and unengaging with the crowd. It's a shame they have to play the casino scene. Guess that ship has sailed.
The band Live was excellent. The sound was spot on with his vocals.
It was a great concert with the exception of the base was too high and it distorted the rest of the music... Otherwise awesome...
Live still look and sound great. They had energy and seemed to still enjoy performing. The Ilani casino concert room, although small enough to be intimate and possibly get really close to the stage, was not good for short people. Us shorties couldn’t see the stage at all.
Live was amazing! Sounded awesome, was energetic and great experience. However the venue was horrible. The seating is not tiered at all leaving you with zero view other than the big screens. We were in the 2nd row of the second section and I could not see the stage at all- had to watch the big screens all night which was super frustrating. This was at Ilani casino in WA, so be aware of going there!
Place was nice and easy comfortable and not overwhelming and Live sounded exceptional the whole performance was excellent they are simply the best bravo bravo!!!
The conference room converted into a venue left a lot to be desired. It was acoustically dead, the hotel chairs are too close together, and I felt like I was going to get a keynote not a rock concert. It’d be cool if the tribe expanded and built an actual venue. I’ve seen Live a few times, and while the performance was decent they weren’t getting anything from the crowd. I think this is because the venue.
We thought the show was great. At first the venue being at a casino seemed hokey, and when we first walked into the venue it had a timeshare presentation feel. Especially given that fact that the majority of the audience of age back in thw day when the band was releasing albums in the 90's. Yet when the band took stage the room arose to theor feet (for the most part) and were clapping and singing along. I was surprised at how many songs I recognized and was able to sing along with after now having heard them in 20 years.
Great music, great guitar & drum performances! Fun night with “Lively Audience”
Amazing concert love coming to your guys Casio and playing the slots
Fuel and Live is a great Combo concert. Always been great every time I seen either band. Only 1 thing I would suggest is alittle more play time. With both bands was only 2 hour and 15 min
Both bands were great! Really enjoyed the show. Acoustics were great and venue and personnel were terrific!
Fuel and Live+ together. Both bands were incredible. Aaron Scott is a wonderful addition to Fuel. And Ed and friends never disappoint.
Love the show Fuel and Live were awesome! The venue set up on the other hand was ridiculous. Forcing people to get drink tickets on one side of the venue then getting in another line on the other side to get way overpriced drinks. $10 for an alcoholic drink and be forced to get 2 nonalcoholic drinks for $5 each. Totally the worst set up ever!
LIVE is amazing. Ed has shed the drama and is amazing as always. What a great show at the Hard Rock Cincy. Great venue! Really sounds better Live! Thank you LIVE!!!
Live put on an awesome show!! Ed was awesome as always. The venue was great! The bars were adequately staffed to get drinks quickly during the show!
I’m a big Live fan and have seen them over 2 dozen times. Ed sounded great, as usual, but the new band members weren’t up to par. Sounded like a rehearsal band and just weren’t as clean. Still a good show but missed the original band members.
Both bands Performed well. Live’s sound was distorted through various parts of the show. Enjoyed the touring guitarist and bassist. Good show. Fuel was appreciative of the crowd. Great time!
