Crazy long lines after the traffic jam. Not a single concessionaire offered coffee or any other warm beverages on a chilly night although booze was being pushed every 10 feet or so. Impossible to find help once in the venue with a way understaffed info booth.
Easy process decent chairs - should be cheaper tho!
I appreciate the lawn chairs so much. I enjoy being able to sit down. Love the drink holders:). I am little concerned because, I went to two shows recently and purchased chairs both nights. On the second night, the WiFi was messed up and the tags all read 0 purchased as though, it was the site. May have paid twice
Was kind of shocked that alcohol was sold at a christian event . Im not sure if the venue demands this but I hope the performers did not allow it. Im not saying alcohol is bad in general but I just dont think it should be sold at a christian event. I also would ask you to consider cleaning the chairs you rent . The one i got was dusty and dirty. A little rinse off would not hurt them when you put them up for the night. Just my opinion.
The chairs were too low to the ground. That's my only complaint.
Usually this venue is very organized and entrance and exits are very smooth. Arrived at 8, just 30 minutes after the show started and there was a MASSIVE line of people waiting to get in. By the time AJR came on, we still were not into the venue.
Miranda Lambert and Little Big Town definitely did not disappoint. Totally left me wanting more. I really love concerts at Freedom Mortgage Pavilion. Anywhere you sit is a good seat, the ease of parking and getting the lawn chairs made it stress free. Can’t wait to see another show.
Zero organization regarding the crown and entrance of the venue. Huge line (over a mile long) weaved through the parking lot. Hundreds of people cutting line. When asked if regarding the line, an employee had not idea if it was the right line or not. Waiting for over two hours, when the entire line just collapsed into chaos with thousands of people cutting towards the entrance. Listened to the open act from the parking. After 2 1/2 hours finally made into the venue which was already packed to capacity and the nearest chair rental pickup location was already sold out. Had to navigate across the entire facility to pick up my chairs, then all the way back again to where my family had found a small spot for us to sit. At least the show was good cause everything else about the experience sucked.
The chairs were really comfortable and had cup holders on both sides of the chair.
Chair was great roomy, comfortable and had two drink holders what more could you want - to be honest it was a better seat (not location) then my previous shows there in the “real” seats in the pavilion
There should have been a seperate line for those of us that paid for our chairs before the concert and not waiting behind those that were struggling to pay for them inside the venue. I had them all paid for and had the barcode pulled up ready to go. Pretty ridiculous.
It was forecast to rain, and didn’t want to be lugging anything extra. No carrying, no lines, no fuss! Perfect!
Lawn chair rental was great, kept us inches off the lawn.
This was such an amazing show!! Best concert I have ever been too. I would go again and again.
Very pleased. Comfortable chairs and buying ahead was s great move- quickly got our chairs- and they were very sturdy and comfortable. We could just leave them on the lawn afterward- well worth the cost to not have to lug chairs through the lines. I highly recommend the chair rental! ATMs feature cup holder for beverage and at the approved height. No hassles- all good!
I thought this was the best ever. No packing in and packing out. The fact that we got to leave the chairs and not have to return them was a huge bonus. The hike up the hill to get the chairs was challenging for my mother so maybe a suggestion to have them at the entrance to the lawn. Over all I would rent them again.
No better way to go than to pre-order your chair rental prior to the show. We pre-ordered just hours before and when we arrived, the line was l-o-n-g for rentals. Kind soul working the line told us after waiting a few minutes that if we pre-ordered, we could skip the line and go right up to shag our chairs. Sweet! What could have taken at least 30 minutes, took just a few. Just do it.
Preordered chairs for 2, got a third one there no problem. My issue was had I known I could take my own for the lawn seating I would have saved $30
I bought my rentals ahead of time, and it couldn’t have been easier to pick up the chairs. I debated whether the chairs would be worth it, but they were just right.
Great way to not sit on the ground in the rain. I purchased the rental online so easy just had to walk up and get the chairs.
