Lady A. Fabulous!! Transportation not so good. Shuttles could not pick up after the concert because they had to wait for all the cars to leave. No designated lane for shuttles. Kind of ruined the whole night. Also William said there would be six shuttles. Only 3

    awesome season

by micci61 on 12/3/17Live at the Garden - Memphis Botanic Garden - Memphis

I did purchase season tickets this past year. I had not for several years and missed some great shows. In the past, I purchased season tickets. First I tell everyone, I have never been to a bad show there. The atmosphere is great. I enjoy the surroundings, and after years of going, have only been forced to leave once when due to storms. Sure there have been some shows that maybe were not that good, but I blame that on the artist, not the crews. There have been some shows that to this day still give me chills to the bone. To have seen Joe Cocker, I still feel honored. It was just a few months after he passed. Same with Greg Allman. hats off to the crew who bring the shows in. Lastly I do want to pass on, thank you for this past season, shows on Friday and Saturday nights. So much better than during the week, which is another reason why I purchased Season tickets this year.

This year's lineup was average. The only really good concert was REO Speedwagon. Sheryl Crow was ok, however, the warmup band was not and there was WAY too much time after the warmup band stopped for Sheryl Crow to come out. I would prefer there not be a warm up band. Way too much time in between

    This season was very good

by prbhorns on 9/21/15Live at the Garden - Memphis Botanic Garden - Memphis

The sound for Hall and Oats was disappointing because the middle sounds (piano, keyboards, guitars) and the background vocals were not coming through. Either a speaker was blown or the sound engineer was hearing impaired. The musicians were playing their a$$es off but it was not in the sound. The sax solos were lost in the overbearing bottom end- kick and bass levels. All the shows this season were top notch acts. Thanks to The Garden for booking these artists. Usually our lawn seats allow for great audio sound but I think there was too much low end for Martina McBride also. Sadly many of todays sound techs are used to the boom boom boom and not the great total, overall band sounds that these acts should have....not the bass heavy sounds like a pimps car's subwoofers. The weather was great this season. Not too hot which is unusual in the Mid-south. We loved the atmosphere in The Garden as always!!
