She was hilarious !!!!! What a great time!! everything I expected
It's been awhile since I have seen her, she is still the Queen of Mean, hasn't lost a step! No holds barred comedy! will see each chance I get!
This show was very very funny....the only part I didn't like was the question and answer time which ran a little long and at times got to be a bit boring....other then that the show was great and Lisa was extremely funny and nasty....that's why they call her the QUEEN OF MEAN.....AWESOME!!!!
Actually was surprised but only half the theater was filled, but then she did her show and I understood why. We were big fans of hers but had not seen her in awhile, but yet it was basically the same show she has been doing for the last 15 years. She is still funny but not like she used to be. In fact towards the end people were actually walking out and had we not been stuck in the middle of a row we would have left too. Would not waste money to see her again sadly.
1) Her opening act was mediocre and his set (supposed to be 10-15 min) dragged to 30+. 2) Lisa was funny at first, making her rounds picking on basically every race/gender/orientation. But she narrowed it down to 3 couples and just would not move on. Until 3) she said “peanut allergies don’t exist! Try smearing your allergic kid head to toe w peanut butter. He’ll either get hives or die; either way I don’t care”. My husband and I were done at that point. She made fun of his ethnicity (we weren’t offended at all), made fun of Waukegan (grew up here! Not offended!) but using kids dying and rape victims/molestation in her jokes? No thanks. 3) her Q&A was boring and nobody asked a question! Yet it went on for nearly an hour. Ppl were leaving! Don’t waste your $$. What a disappointment.
Endless laughs during the show. This was a great show. Lisa was on her game.
Lisa came on stage ready to make us all laugh at her raw humor! She also engaged the audience with participating in her act on stage. Everyone had a fun time. I liked how she stayed away from politics and religion. Sometimes comedians go there!? She looked good. All in all it was a Fun night!
Crude , Rude , Nasty mouth, and loved it. She delivers.
Great so. Great venue to see a show! Had the buffet prior. All round great night out. Can't wait to go again.
She came out the gate roasting the audience. I actually had tears forming in my eyes!
Great venue with a buffet, good drinks and perfect site.
Didn’t care at all for the warm-up comedian. Just not funny and crude. Disappointed in material and performance. Seen Lisa before and this show was just not good. Same old stuff.
Lisa Lampanelli is as raunchy and unfiltered as ever. She does not hold back and it's a refreshing thing to see these days. She makes fun of EVERYone without prejudice. The venue (The Wellmont Theater) was also excellent. You can see the stage clearly from any seat in the house. Would definitely return.
I wish it was made clear when the show was going to start. The information said 7, but the show didn't start until 8. People sat around for an hour. It should state doors open at 7 and show starts at 8. Luckily we asked before we went in and left and came back. Lisa was great, but there was a lot of talking which actually interrupted the show. Better crowd control.
Love Lisa and she put on a good show, though we saw her a year ago at the Paramount on Long Island and her show was great! Unfortunately, not so great is the Wellmont. Tight seating and rude people. Two fights broke out and more action in the seats than on stage.
LL was just as foul mouthed and loud as I have seen her on TV. The show was entertaining and very funny. Had a great time. If you are uptight and get offended easily LL is not for you.
She was funny just like we expected but we were in the nose bleed section so we couldn't always see her. She needs to stand in the middle of the stage. She talked to the audience and even had a question answer session at the end, I would recommend this to anyone that likes comedy.
Lisa was funny and entertaining. Lisa is ugly with her material. But, I believe Lisa has a wonderful and beautiful soul. Lisa is sexy and incredible! If you don’t laugh at a Lisa Lampanelli event. You shouldn’t be there.
Very intimate venue ,seating comfortable ,not a bad seat in the house
The show was great..Lisa is as sharp as ever. The venue (The Five Flags Theater) was less than desirable. The seats are too close together and there is NO leg room (and I am 5'3") This website is awful..you want a review but then ask for a nickname but none of them work...
