After releasing a series of genre-defying mixtapes in 2016, Lil Yachty became one of the internet’s most talked-about rappers. While his early work featured bubblegum trap beats and gauzy synths, Yachty’s sound quickly evolved into something avante-garde. Lil Yachty first broke out in 2016 with the viral hit "One Night,” along with his debut mixtape, Lil Boat, which scored him a joint recording contract with Capitol Records, Motown and Quality Control Music. That same year, Yachty’s featured performances on DRAM’s smash hit “Broccoli” and KYLE's "iSpy” became part of internet lore — as well as Billboard Hot 100 Top 10 hits. After his first headlining tour showcased his eccentric performance style, Yachty spent the next few years appearing at festivals around the world, while releasing hit collaborations with Cardi B, Future, Drake and many more. In January 2023, Yachty released his fifth studio album Let’s Start Here, a psych-rock pivot that’s been nearly universally praised. In April 2023, he appeared as a musical guest on Saturday Night Live, performing “the BLACK seminole.” and “drive ME crazy!” from the album which debuted in the Top 10 on the Billboard 200.

he will never have a bad show. i always got jealous of other states who got to watch him preform because every show looked so crazy. im so happy iv finally experienced it all!
Honestly it was hella fun I would recommend ppl to go and see him just cause of the songs he plays the crowd was very hype too and the performance itself was amazing
I wish he would have performed at a little bit bigger venue it was kinda squished but other than that it was a pretty good show. Also would have been cooler if he played the full songs and not just snippets especially with his older songs
He seemed annoyed at the crowd but it was a good show. It was all ages and the kids upfront were obnoxious, throwing water bottles and jackets in the air. It got pretty annoying. Yachty does a moment of silence and the kids were just obnoxious.
The production, professionalism with dealing with the crowd and music were all EXCELLENT! I'm a mom who took her kiddo. I've worked in music and been a longtime concert goer. My son introduced me to the album and I play it all the time now. I love it! The biggest thing is the all-woman band backing Yachty - SO GOOD! The show was great from start to finish. I feel really lucky that I got to see this in a small venue. He will blow up, I bet. There is so much talent here.
The music was awesome but I would say that the crowd control was lack luster. There were people collapsing from exhaustion aswell as people intending to cause harm to others and going above and beyond moshing
All the openers went down into the crowd to meet the audience afterward which was dope. All the openers were on stage at the same time and only played like 3 songs each which I liked cause it gave us a taste of them. Yachty's performance was insane and the band was amazing but the crowd suuuuuuuuuuuucked so bad: they were throwing shoes at yachty and his friends and screaming during the moment of silence for juice wrld I felt embarrassed to be a part of them.
I was not expecting to live this show, but I did. The crowd was insane, I had to leave GA and go to the balcony because it was a ginormous mosh pit. Lil' Yachty had great interaction and energy. But OMG his all girl band!!! SWOON worthy! I'd watch a whole show of just them!!!
Show was amazing and my only critique would be Nick Hakim's set was a energy shift that caught the crowd off guard.
Yachty was absolutely amazing. Great performer. Venue was great too. Not too expensive and felt close to the action
one of the most magical nights of my life. yachty and his band behind him outdid themselves. literally life changing and I am so happy I went. If you know his newer, more psychedelic music, that’s mostly what he plays, plus a few of his older classics. overall such a wonderful amazing show. like a spiritual journey and reset all in one. all i’m gonna say is: go to the field trip tour on acid, and thank me later🥰
Delays happen. That’s life. If I were to have known that there would be 5 opening acts and 3 hours between the show start and Lil Yatchy performing, I would’ve showed up way later. By the time it was time for the big boat, the air had already been let out of that dinghy…
Yatchy had a great performance the vibe was amazing the background visuals were on point he had a great energy to the crowd and made a great mix between his new and old music. The only thing was that he had a lot of openers.
The Lil Yachty Field Trip Tour was great. So much so I am going again.
We had the best time! I've been to a lot of shows, but this one was so much fun. Incredible experience. Lil Yatchy did all the songs we hoped to hear. The crowd was in tuned. It was a whole vibe. Could've stayed for hours. And safety of the crowd was in check throughout the whole show. Big claps!
I’ve been a Lil Yachty Fan since my college days and this was my 1st time seeing him live and it was an amazing experience. It’s amazing to see how Yachty has grown into the artist he is today and how diverse he has become. Most definitely will go to another show very soon!
When I tell you Yachty had the place jumping, it would be an understatement. Boats visuals and inclusion of his current album on top of the classics was top notch. His One Night freestyle absolutely blew me away. If you have the opportunity to see this man on for the Field Trip Tour I would 10/10 recommend! #ItsUs
The openers concrete boys were not very good. The DJ, Mike Hakim and other opening groups were good. The one female wrapper was just screaming, and got boo’d off the stage. Yachtys show was great! Egyptian room so such a good venue for rap/r&b shows
He was better than I thought. Would do it all again
