Lil Wayne in Concert
With four Grammys and eight consecutive No. 1 albums on the Billboard Rap Albums chart, the luster of Lil Wayne’s accomplishments as a rapper rivals the bling of his signature gold chains and grill. With the release of 2013’s I Am Not a Human Being II, Wayne landed four more singles on the Billboard Hot 100, edging out Elvis Presley to became the male with the most entries on the chart – a whopping 109 in total. Singles like “Love Me” and “No Worries” featured his characteristic use of Auto-Tune to create a highly melodic hybrid of rap and R&B, propelling the album to a No. 2 spot on the Billboard 200. After becoming the youngest member on Cash Money Records’ roster when he joined the imprint at age nine, Wayne rose to fame with his group Hot Boys before achieving success as a solo artist. His instantly recognizable sound has been honed over 11 studio albums and made famous by hits like “Lollipop”, “How to Love”, and “She Will”. On the road with 2 Chainz in 2013 for the America’s Most Wanted Tour, Wayne treated ticket buyers to his hit-filled live concert, serving it all up with a hearty side of swagger.
The opening acts were like children. The dj didn’t have the crowd hype. Lil Wayne came on after 10pm and was gone by 11:15pm. Just was very disappointed over all. The sound quality at the arena was also not the best.
i think it was horrible the opening acts horrible only ones that were good was lil wayne and cordae but was so disappointed
I enjoyed the portion of the show that Lil Wayne actually performed, however, I didn't pay for 2 hours of opening acts and 45 minutes of a headliner. I never would have gone had I known this. I definitely won't be paying to see him again.
Concert was to start at 8. Multiple “openers”. Lil Wayne did not appear until after 10 pm and preformed for about 45 mins. Due to size of the arena(small) the bass over powered his voice during some songs you could hardly hear him. Still grateful I was able to see him. The following night I saw Drake at State College and Lil Wayne was there as well. Much better performance than the prior night in Reading. You could hear him, the vibes were better, still only preformed about 45 mins.
Lil Wayne did an amazing job. That was one of the best concerts I have ever been to. I would definitely attend more events in the future at the Santander Arena.
The show was pretty good. It was very smooth getting in and getting right to my seat. The staff was amazing I could do without the opening acts some of them I never heard of and I know you gotta give people a chance, but it just wasn’t it seems like Wayne’s part went super fast he did good he was exactly like I thought ❤️

Concert started at 8pm. Wayne did not start till 10:15. He only performed for about an hour. Could not see him. He did not have any screens available. He’s openers were not good.
I can finally say I was in the same room with my fav rapper!! Although it wasn't long I enjoyed every second. I love you Tuneee 3/30/24
Dude it was seriously a great show. People say he preformed too short but he preformed all his great songs, classics, and my personal favorite “watch my shoes” it was such a fun night and he still puts on an amazing performance
This was my third time seeing Lil Wayne. Each time has been absolutely amazing. His energy and connection with the crowd is unmatched. I don’t think a single person was in their seat the entire time he performed. I’m looking forward to the next time I see him. Lil Wayne is more than the best rapper alive. He is the greatest rapper of all time.
he came and performed for a HOURi and had two artist come durng his set sounded like a karaoke session rather than performance only sung half of his songs. like he has a big catalog he couldve performed wayy longer . He had 4 opening acts before he came out at 10:15pm
I loved it, he was so amazing! I’m glad to say I seen lil Wayne for my first concert!!! After the show I had a good and sad moment I got to spread my brothers ashes near the stage lil Wayne was on! My brother loved him, at least he was near where he preformed!
Very fun I definitely wanna see lil wayne if he come back to tulas the best show I went to all year long in look forward to him to come again in the near future
I haven't had 1 yet but Wayne's music has always set me straight and matched my life. I went on a limb with this breaking every penny i got, but got front row seats to this coming April 10th concert in licoln NE. Unfortunately I bought the wrong ones but still front row am doing what I can to get a higher ticket so maybe I'll have the chance to meet and maybe have a sit down cause I'm lost in this world right now and badly traumatized. If this ain't my calling I don't know what is but this is the only thing I had on my bucket list. So praying something for once happens for me.

Lil Wayne only played an hour and he was super late. Still love the guy but it was an 80 minute intermission before he came on. His two head liners only played about 40 minutes each.
Lil Wayne was almost an hour late. I had to leave due to an early flight the next morning. I stayed as long as I possibly could, and never even got to see him because he was running so late. The music leading up to his time to come out on stage, in-between sets, was really weird. It was techno and I felt like I was at a club/rave. Poor music option on the DJ for a rap/hip hop show. Terrible experience. Wouldn't do it again.
Lil wayne was fun, he’s definitely not what he used to be but can’t blame the man. Sounded like the speakers were not set up very well. Also how are they going to not let us smoke a blunt to blunt blowing? lol like cmon! Let me live a little!
