Lil Tecca in Concert
During his high-energy live shows, Lil Tecca's slick songs turn into incredible, full-on shout-alongs. The rapper's career exploded quickly and loudly with the success of his viral internet hit "Ransom," which he uploaded shortly after playing his first live show ever in May 2019 at New York hip-hop institution S.O.B.'s. In subsequent months, Tecca brought his show to the Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash in Chicago and Made in America in Philadelphia. By late 2019, he was booked for headlining shows across America and Europe, concluding with an appearance at Rolling Loud.
Lil Tecca on Tour
The rise of New York rapper Lil Tecca has been nothing short of meteoric. He independently released his breakout hit "Ransom" in May of 2019 at just 16 years old, which hit the Billboard Top 10 by October. The MC born Tyler-Justin Anthony Sharpe's inauspicious beginnings as a wordsmith began while dissing his friends over Xbox Live. Deciding to take his friendly beefs offline, he turned his energy into a song using his sister's laptop. Inspired by the melodic raps of Speaker Knockerz, the drill of Chief Keef and the Jamaican music he heard growing up, Sharpe was soon creating music and releasing it to Instagram and SoundCloud under the name "Lil Tecca" (a tweak on his Instagram handle). His incredible success began when visionary hip-hop director Cole Bennett uploaded the quirky, cartoonish video for "Ransom," and within weeks, Tecca was storming the charts. Beyond the joyous energy of "Ransom," part of Tecca's immediate appeal is the everydude swagger of a teenager just being himself: Braces, glasses, stylish but not materialistic, funny on social media. Led by "Ransom," Tecca's debut mixtape, We Love You Tecca, appeared in August, bolstered by an appearance from Juice WRLD and production from hitmakers like Pi'erre Bourne and Young Kio.
Had so much fun at this concert and so did my daughter and her friends!
This young generation really knows how to hype the crowd up. Lil tecca is a young talented singer/rapper. I would love to see him perform again soon.
Love how the concert venue small it really included everybody felt closer to the the artist. Also love lil Tecca as a performer really included everybody in the audience had a great stage presence. Overall had a great time really fun crowd 9/10. Only bad note is that it was really hot, suggest all concert goers to wear light and short clothing.
Lil Tecca arrive at 8:15 normally suppose to be here at 8. BUT THE SHOW WAS ACTIVE WITH MOSHPIT AND SUPER YOUNG PEOPLE
I was very impressed with Lil Tecca himself. His show was much better than I thought it would be. The technical part of the show was very impressive considering the venue size. He was very entertaining and was very personal with the audience. I would not be surprised if Lil Tecca is a household name in the future. The venue, (Summit) I was equally impressed with. The way the employees handled things even before we entered the venue was very professional. It was organized and not as chaotic as I expected it to be. Once inside I felt that the crowd was safe (it was a very young crowd) yet they were allowed to have fun and enjoy themselves during the show. I would definitely go to another show at the Summit. Overall, my son and I had a great evening!
The crowd was lit the whole time all the way until Lil Tecca was done performing we had the energy all night. Lil Tecca and baby Santana performances were very good especially how they interacted with the crowd
Errythang was organized. everyone showed up on time music was loud and great. but moshpits went crazy
All 3 performers did well, no major issues on the floor level. I went to the front middle back and got to get in some of the dance circles. Tecca surprised me with how many actual fans he had as the whole venue was packed, though it wasnt the biggest venue tge energy was still there
it was great and i really enjoyed every part of it
lil tecca was great. the demographics were all over the place but it was mostly high schoolers. they had an entire group chat and it seemed like all of them were there. they were rowdy and rude and overall was not the best experience. Loved the artist, did not love the crowd.
Awesome experience! Openers went crazy and got the crowd hyped up. Great time also when Tecca was on stage! A night to remember!
The three artists put on an amazing show! The staff at history controlling the lights did an exceptional job, the performers made the crowd super hyped up, the speaker quality was excellent, and a few songs gave me literal chills. I had such a great time that left me with unforgettable memories!
Love u tecca Don’t know what else to say it was really fun
The venue was too crowded making it wayyy too hot and too many people we’re going to pass out. The music in between performers was also pretty trash and we waiting way too long between each artist
The show was crazy. It was one of the best experience i ever had. Santana & yvngchris came back to talk to us at the end something i wont forget. Montreal was littttt
I lovedddd it so much, got to see my husband’sssss 🥱I had so much funnn for my first concert can’t wait to go again.😪
one of the best nights of my life got to meet Bktherula and BabySantana, energy in there was crazyyy and performances were fire wish I could re live that night 🥲
The three opening performances were TERRIBLE. They were literally just screaming at us. It took Lil Tecca 3 hours to come out, just for him to be singing every other word while the speakers do all the work.
Good show. Lighting was a little dark but other then that i had a blast
I mean he did his thing. I would go see him again anytime he did another show.
