The variety of the program was amazing. Had not expected the vocals and they were beautifully done. The performances were emotionally engaging and beautiful. Enjoyed the laughter woven in as well. Great evening.
This was some of the most beautiful and innovative ballet dancing I have ever seen. And I've seen Alberta Ballet's Jean Grand Maitre's amazing ballets so that is saying something. In one dance, Suzanne, the female dancer's feet never touched the floor...at all. It was visually stunning, lyrical and gorgeous! We will see them every time they come to Edmonton.
In the beginning, I felt some of the dignity and grace of being in Leonard’s presence was missing but as the performance continued, I enjoyed the spirit of the performance.
Our group of 4 thoroughly loved and enjoyed the Ballet. The performers, music and uniqueness of the show well exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend the show for anyone who loves Cohen and all that he created.
The dancing, bar none, was the best I've ever seen in my life. It was unbelievable the beauty, strength, flexibility, athleticism...........the choreography was outstanding. If they ever come to Calgary again I will not miss out.

enjoyed mostly the crytal pitre choreography. Very energetic dancers. I wish there had been better lighting and softer sound, but overall vibrant and pleasing to the eye
On March 1 we witnessed a truly wonderful and magical performance by Les Ballet Jazz Des Montreal. The talent, intricate choreography, staging and lighting made for a truly mesmerizing evening. This, when coupled with the wonderful lyrics and music of Leonard Cohen made for an unforgettable evening and wanting more!
The genius of Leonard Cohen's music combined with the fantastic grace and expressively of Ballet Jazz Montreal was truly wonderful!
