Led Zeppelin 2 Was as always EXCELLENT, They played great songs and always sound close to the original music of Led Zeppelin. All of the band members come out after the show for pictures which is great for the fans...Phenomenal Guitarist

  • Great show!

Concert was great. Started on time and the band was excellent. Friendly crowd, good drinks, all good if you are a Led Zeppelin fan. Only bad note was that they didn't let us in until 8, although tickets said 7, so we had to stand in the cold.

  • Great Band!

Had to leave a little early and HATED that! These guys are fantastic musicians. Their set list was phenomenal - mix of heavy and acoustic and the band members delivered! Really, really great show!

  • House of Blues Led Zeppelin II Review

by 12345678987651 on 2/1/16House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

I organized a 50th Birthday Party for my best friend, we are both musicians and huge Zep fans. I play guitar, drums, and sing, and he plays keyboard...so we know talent, and we know Led Zeppelin...backward and forward. I watched a few videos of the band on Youtube before purchasing tickets, and decided they were worth a try. what a fantastic decision! These guys have spent A LOT OF TIME perfecting their act! The clothes, the instruments, their mannerisms, they hit every mark. The main aspect of accuracy comes from the vocals, you can't cover Zep tunes without some MAJOR LEAGUE vocals, YOU HAVE TO HAVE Robert's pitch and range. Plant could get up there in his prime, and the front man had no problem hitting ALL the high notes ALL NIGHT LONG!!! He held the mic cord in his fist with his thumb tucked in his belt all night as well. SPOT ON! The huge bass on the Ludwig kit, the headband on the drummer, the mandolin, the violin bow solo on Dazed and Confused, the Theremin work on Whole Lotta Love, the gong, the kimono, the red double neck SG....all contributed to the accuracy of their act. They lost time on a few songs, and the guitarist wandered off on a few solos, but overall it was an EXCELLENT SHOW!!! Even the ticket price was accurate, only $15!!! HA HA HA! If you never got to see Led Zeppelin live in their prime, this is as close as you will EVER GET!! Go see them and you will agree!!

  • Closest thing to real thing!!

by mustang78 on 2/1/16House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 4 out of 5

Led Zepplin 2 was absolutely great!! Played most of the songs I had hoped for with the exception of Kasmir which was a disappointment. Overall though great experience !!

  • The Best Led Zeppelin Tribute Band!!

by ZepFan214 on 2/1/16House of Blues Dallas - DallasRating: 5 out of 5

This band does not just play the hits from the studio release, they recreated the concert experience. This tour they are recreating the show from the 1975 Hollywood Forums. I have seen them 5 times and they get better every time..

  • Led Zeppelin 2 Aztec Theather

by EzRockandRoll on 1/31/16Aztec Theatre - San AntonioRating: 4 out of 5

The music was "kick ass" and the musical talent of the band members was incredible. However, the show definitely needed a light man. The not one spot light on guitar solos or vocals. I didn't get a good look at any of the band members.

  • Led Zeppelin 2

It was more than I expected. I would definitely see them again. They put on a great show and entertained the crowd.

  • Was this really Led Zeppelin?

by Gesepti on 1/20/16House of Blues Chicago - ChicagoRating: 4 out of 5

No it was not, but I must say that the Jimmy Page and Robert Plant look a likes were in very good form. Their mannerisms and the sounds were pretty close to being right on. I did see Led Zeppelin twice back in 1972 so I can speak from experience. Good job you guys, I would not only recommend your show to others but I would go again as well, we had a lot of fun watching you guys.

  • Was Sat Night show better??

Pretty bad night for band & sound was awful. Anybody agree?

  • by Anonymous on 1/4/16Saint Andrews Hall - DetroitRating: 4 out of 5

This concert was a lot of fun. The venue was definitely conducive to the band and Led Zeppelin 2 made me feel like I was in the '70's again! I would definitely recommend seeing them!

  • Led Zep 2 Good

by DownriverRocks on 1/1/16Saint Andrews Hall - DetroitRating: 4 out of 5

Great show. Band members were authentic looking and sounded great. Song selection was superb. Covered the radio classics and then mixed in some of the classic Zep blues and boogie woogie numbers. THat made the show even more authentic feeling for people that have seen or watched the real Zep live performances.

  • Don't try so hard

by KYLakerat on 8/24/15Ascend Amphitheater - NashvilleRating: 2 out of 5

In all fairness, we didn't even know we were going to see Led Zeppelin 2. I purchased tickets for Australian Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin 2 opened for them. They were actually very good but the reason I only gave them 2 stars is they tried too hard to be Led Zeppelin. Instead of accepting the fact that you're a cover band (opening for a cover band) and performing, they tried to act and perform like they thought the actual band may have performed in their day. Now some people may like this but it brought a sense if insincerity to the performance. If they had just played without the "act" I think it would have been a much more enjoyable show. When Australian Pink Floyd performed, they looked like they were having fun and being themselves. Obviously, only my opinion, but that's what reviews are right?

  • Led Zeppelin 2

I saw Led Zeppelin perform live in 1975 and 1977 at the Forum in Los Angeles. Over the years I have seen some pretty good covers - but nothing as good as Led Zeppelin 2. We were fourth row center Saturday night and these guys were loud, in your face, and about as tight as the real deal as I remember. The lead singer was a little off the first song - but once he got going - holy Houses of the Holy! My wife has never been a metal fan - but she liked the show too. She actually preferred Zeppelin 2 over the Australian Pink Floyd Show. I have been a life long Led head and Floyd fan - so I can't really say which I enjoyed more. Both bands blew me away.

  • Led Zeppelin 2 - August 7, 2015

    by DLB63 on 8/10/15Oakdale Theater - WallingfordRating: 2 out of 5

Disappointing. Lead singer's voice not suitable for Plant. The musicians were pretty good, though and it got better as the show went on.

  • True but LOUD Led Zeppelin 2 Rocks!

by Starman33 on 5/6/15House of Blues Chicago - ChicagoRating: 4 out of 5

Saw Led Zeppelin 2 last time at Summerfest in Milwaukee a few years ago. Blew many away! My friend Craig and I have talked about that show for years but missed the chance to see them until Saturday, May 2 at the House of Blues. My daughter wanted to take me to a show so I picked this one and Craig and I drove in from Milwaukee, met Sarah in Naperville. Show began a little after 9:00 and made us all smile! Lead singer sounds amazingly like Robert Plant, Guitar player was not quite Jimmy Page but I couldn't tell if I closed my eyes...He wails! Their own John Paul Jones filled in with bass and keyboards which were mostly solid. And their drummer was not only so spot on, but shook the auditorium with such force I thought he would pound holes in those skins and our ears as our bodies vibrated! As good as they sounded, they could have done all of us a favor and turned the PA down. I have been to hundreds of concerts but this one was too loud! They didn't need it. A great sound man I know once told me it should be loud but it shouldn't ever hurt. This hurt. Hence four stars.

  • Led Zep Re-Zepped

by PageHair on 5/5/15House of Blues Chicago - ChicagoRating: 4 out of 5

Sound for the House of Blues Chicago is always too loud. Bass was a bit too bassy. Drums were perfect as well as guitar. Singer needs to relax his vocal chords. We can hear you 30 feet away. Stop trying to sound and sing like Robert Plant. Even he cannot do it in 2015. Just sing with feeling and it will all be good. The acoustic medley was the best part of the show. Transitioning into Achilles Last Stand was mind-blowing! The bow work on the Star Bangled Banner topped the set list, but you do not need to remind us that you just did the 1977 Set List. Anything you play will be greatly appreciated.

  • A trip back to the good old days when Rock was Roc

by WcB1 on 5/5/15House of Blues Chicago - ChicagoRating: 5 out of 5

64 year old dad took 21 year old rap loving son. This was the 2nd time I've seen them. Close your eyes and it sounds as close to the original Led Zepplin as possible. They even look and act similar. Vocals, drums, guitars were just spot on Led Zepplin. As a bonus and treat, the lead singer brought on his sister (I think) to assist with the vocals. How could anyone add to a Zepplin song? She sure did. Just rocked it!!! We sat up high so I wasn't able to appreciate the laser show. My son said he couldn't get "Stairway" out of his head.

  • Led Zeppelin II was awesome

by Joejoepuff on 5/4/15Mercury Ballroom - LouisvilleRating: 5 out of 5

Awesome venue by far went during durby weekend, which im from chicago, my gf goes to IU so I bought us tickets to see them, seen them before in Chicago never a disappointment, gotta make it a bucket list to go to Kentucky during the derby, a lot of big hats and old money, crowd was all over, the place, from kids to elders, best part was the derby girls getting down, the only complaint wasnt from the band was from this random dude up in first row and thought by whistling the band was going to come out earlier, sit down this isn't Zeppelin so calm down. Let the guys play the music and jam out. Other then that drummer is the man always hitting the drums like king kong, bass player is different, but that's all bass players. Haha, I'd always recommend this band they interact with the crowd more then any other cover band, another compliant was you couldnt hear the singer half the time, turn down the instrument volume a few levels and it would be grade A. Hope to see ya guys soon.
