LANY have quietly cracked the mainstream on their own terms as one of the most ubiquitous, unpredictable, and undeniable alternative rock bands of this era. Their last album, a beautiful blur (2023), was their fifth studio album and the first to be released independently by the band. a beautiful blur debuted at #2 on Billboard's Current Rock Albums chart, as well as #3 on their Current Alternative Albums chart, and was a TOP 5 Album in Australia, debuting at #4 on ARIA's charts. Standout single "XXL" exploded on social media and earned performances from the band on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and the TODAY Show, before reaching #21 on the US Billboard Pop Chart / #1 on the Independent Chart.
Unbelievable show and stellar performance! LANY did not disappoint - high energy, great sound, engaged with the audience, it was one of the better concerts I have been to in a long time! Hope they tour more - it’s a must see concert!
Best experience I have ever had at a concert! The venue was smaller so that meant a more intimate experience and the band was amazing! I love lany’s music already but hearing each song live, come on! They are phenomenal. Paul is engaged with his audience and is passionate through every song like he just wrote them. You already know I’m going to see him in concert again!
I’ve been to Lany twice and they never disappoint. This band if full of talent paul is an amazing singer and jake kills it on the drums and I’m not sure if there names but the 2 people on the guitar do not disappoint they are amazing preformers as well if there in your town GO
Lany sounds so good live! I would definitely recommend going with anyone you can have fun with.
Lany was fantastic as usual. The only complaint I have is getting out of the parking lot. Nobody was there to help guide the traffic so it took a very long time to get out.
I went for surfaces because I love them but they were both absolutely amazing!! So fun even if you don’t like their music.
I had no idea that LANY knew how to put on such a good show! The filming for the screens, the background, & lighting were all so perfect. LANY were clearly so comfortable on stage which translates to a comfortable experience as the audience. They involved the audience & connected so well. I came to the concert with passing appreciation for some songs (mainly there to take my daughter) & yet I came away a full blown fan!
me and three of my friends just got general admission tickets. we got there early and got front row of the lawn. right before lany came on an employee came up to us and gave us pit passes. it was such an unreal experience. i love lany and they were so good. i would watch them over and over forever. truely the best night ever!
i loved the concert!! at first i couldn't hear very well but then i moved up on the lawn and loved it!!!! i just think they should've turned the speakers up!!
LANY at Usana went crazy. 17,000 in attendance, and LANY made it enjoyable for all. Energy and charisma for the pit and seated fans, and great audio quality and visuals for those on the grass part of the venue. Played a variety of songs from their discography, and showed their love for the local fans and venue. Seriously no complaints, besides the fact that the venue and the LANY management team always have different ideas for how a line is gonna go lol organization there is always helpful.
The show was excellent. They played song after song after song non-stop no talking in between. Just the way I like it. I’m glad I paid the extra money for parking. Because this venue takes over an hour to get out of the parking lot, then the 3 mile street of backed up traffic and then finally on to the highway.
I used to hate on all the basic Utah girls who would spam all social media platforms everytime Lany comes to Utah but let me say this. I. Don’t. Blame. Them. It was so good. The opener Surfaces started the night perfectly and the line for merchandise was super quick so I didn’t have to miss anything. But holy. Lany. Wow. I had the best night of my life. The whole vibe. The lights. The lyrics. The crowd involvement was amazing. I was on the grass and wish the speakers would’ve been a tad bit louder. But goodnight when they had BAZZI show up?!? Lost my mind. Lany is such a good clean band with such a fun vibe that will make you jump around and sing your heart out. Will 10/10 be going to their concert next year 🥳🥳🥳
Too much to tell it all, but I showed up with a clear bag. Confiscated because someone got hurt by a chain one time.. it has a small chain. Silly. Instead given a ziplock for all belongings. There were purses throughout the venue and outside food and drinks in them. I followed rules and spent 300.00+ because of it. Food and drinks are RIDICULOUSLY PRICED. Each food and booth as different rules. Some take all lids off, others don’t. Needless to say I had to hold my ziplock and carry food and drinks for family and spilled all over. Chairs are 15.00 each.. gates to GA opened and anyone who arrived early got trampled. What a joke. Never will I ever spend 2k on a family event after tickets, parking, merchandise and every damned possible overpriced extra you could toss at us.
It was an amazing concert!! 10/10 would recommend and would go again.
This is my second time seeing Lany. They were as awesome as ever. The venue however sucked. My biggest complaint is that I couldn’t see a dang thing. The venue is hardly slanted. I feel like I went to a concert to just hear the artist, not see them. With the multiple lines and being waved past the metal detectors, I also felt unsafe. Pretty sure some people were hurt when we were lined up AGAIN outside of the floor and lawn areas. People were screaming and it was a scary mess. Not sure why we had to wait in a line to get in the venue and then another line once we were inside the venue. It was not an enjoyable experience even though Lany sounded amazing as usual.
I’ve seen LANY already so I knew this was going to be something special but oh my gosh, this show just was soooo perfect! And of course when one of my favorite singers Bazzi showed up for a surprise song- I instantly had a heart attack haha! It was SO FREAKING GOOD!! Go see LANY every chance you get because they never disappoint and especially when they play in Salt Lake!!
I’ve seen lany 4 times and this concert had the worst sound and crowd energy just wasn’t there. If they come back to Utah and preform anywhere else I’ll for sure go.
it was so fun and amazing and my friends went it was the best night of my life
I think it was more a venue issue than artist issue. The sound quality was lacking… they needed side speakers on as well.
We’ve followed LANY for years and this concert was so much fun outdoors! LANY was amazing-like always- and the venue was great as well! Didn’t feel too smashed in with it being outside! Luckily the weather was perfect, too!
