  • Good music, great performer, a little long winded

by Boaterbrad on 3/19/22The Walker Theatre - ChattanoogaRating: 4 out of 5

First time hearing Langhorne. His music was unexpectedly lively. His

  • Awesome show

by Kev on 3/19/22The Walker Theatre - ChattanoogaRating: 5 out of 5

I drove up from Atlanta for the show - heard from friends that this was a cool venue - and it was. I was surprised it was sparse attendance - but it is a weekday- in ‘Nooga. Very intimate show. He can fill an empty room with sound. It was great - especially the encore, when he unplugged and played while walking thru the crowd. Fantastic!

  • Great venue great show

by Coach on 10/14/19The Walker Theatre - ChattanoogaRating: 5 out of 5

Walker Theater is a beautiful venue with a capacity of around 800. It’s on the 3rd level of the Memorial Auditorium venue. Langhorne Slim is a great artist and put on awesome show.

  • What an entertainer

by RockMama on 10/14/19The Walker Theatre - ChattanoogaRating: 5 out of 5

My first time seeing him but he was great! Gets up in the crowd and gets everyone off their feet.

  • Charismatic performer

    by K. C. on 10/14/19The Walker Theatre - ChattanoogaRating: 5 out of 5

He was so talented and personable! He really seemed to enjoy his audience, which always makes us appreciate the musician. I missed the banjo and the song Put It Together, but he more than made up for it with the show... surpassing his recordings in a big way.

  • Opener was Phenomenal

by Reemel on 4/1/18Birchmere - AlexandriaRating: 5 out of 5

The Sky’s the Limit with Skyway Man. He immediately connected with the audience, and is an accomplished musician. He played , piano, guitar, and sang with an incredible range. He should have been the main event.

  • a perfect show

    by gattamelata3 on 3/31/18Birchmere - AlexandriaRating: 5 out of 5

ever the consummate storyteller, langhorne slim effortlessly weaves personal tales with his heartfelt songwriting. langhorne slim drew widely from his catalog of songs, took a few requests, and did a beautiful cover of john prine’s angel from montgomery. he welcomes attendees to sing along. he encourages us to take the love we feel and spread it out into the world, which is what we need. the audience at the birchmere was attentive and truly there to receive the gift of langhorne slim. great shows happen when both the artist and the crowd are invested. 10/10 would do again.

Amazing band to see live. Their energy is infectious. Could not stop singing and dancing with them. Will definitely be at their next show when they return to NY.

If you get a chance to see Langhorne Slim, GO! He is a beautiful songwriter and real, raw singer. What a show! One of the best live singers I have ever seen.

  • Matrimony was amazing!!

    by MusicRev2 on 6/10/13The Fillmore Charlotte - CharlotteRating: 5 out of 5

Fillmore was great; crowd was wonderful. Matrimony was favorite; but really enjoyed Langhorne Slim and Unlikely Candidate. Hope 106.5 plays Obey Your Guns a lot! Very strange when the governor showed up when Langhorne Slim was on stage. Looking forward to another show at Fillmore.

Great show!! If you haven't seen them before, you should go to one of their shows.

  • The Last Bison - great up-and-coming band.

by Anonymous on 10/26/12Brighton Music Hall - BostonRating: 5 out of 5

The Last Bison has a rich, complete sound. I loved that they brought some serious energy, but they also balanced and blended well. The quality was so high that it sounded exactly like the album at times. I will definitely go see them again when I get a chance. Langhorn Slim was OK.

I came for River City Extension, but loved Langhorne Slim as well! Only complaint is that my date didn't want to dance!

  • Langhorne never dissapoints

    by J0Mama on 10/2/12Tralf - BuffaloRating: 4 out of 5

This was a high energy show, with a GREAT opening band. Langhorne, per usual, put on a fantastic show!

  • Langhorne Slim Delivers ENERGY at the Bowery!

by JucasRose on 6/26/12Bowery Ballroom - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

If you like humor, energy and guys who know how to play, this was your show! This was my introduction to Langhorne Slim and they did not disappoint. Sean (aka Slim) had the audience under his command by poetically straddling that fine line between passion and whimsy. His song writing capability seems to be well beyond his years. "The Way We Move" is an album that runs the gamut of emotions. It will have you tapping your toes and dancing and then have you crying. Shame on anyone who has the opportunity to see these guys live and pass is it up.

  • Langhorne Slim

by GBisBest on 6/16/12Bowery Ballroom - New YorkRating: 5 out of 5

I haven't stood for a show in 10 years so when I booked Langhorne Slim I was expecting him to earn this sacrifice. In sum: it ended too soon. I'd have stood for twice as long. This guy's got it all - sincere music, stage personality and a band of terrific musicians to make it alive. I would go again, and yes, stand if I had to.

  • Great show
