About

Lana Del Rey in Concert

Lana Del Rey is a Grammy nominated American singer/songwriter. Her music has been noted by critics for its stylized cinematic quality, glamour, melancholia and its references to 1950s and 1960s Americana.

Her debut album, Born To Die was released in January 2012 and charted at number one on the official UK Album Chart, peaked number two on the US charts and was the fifth best-selling album of 2012. Her extended play Paradise followed that November, garnering her first Grammy nomination for Best Pop Vocal Album. Ultraviolence (2014), her third studio album, became her first album to reach number one in the US. In 2015, she released her fourth studio album, Honeymoon. Both albums received positive critical response.

Lana's fifth studio album Lust For Life, was released in 2017. The album received critical acclaim, and became her second album to reach No. 1 in the United States, while also reaching the top ten in almost every other country it charted in. The Album was also nominated for Best Pop Vocal Album at the 2018 Grammys.

Lana's sixth studio album is being released August 30, 2019. The highly anticipated album was mainly produced and co-written with Jack Antonoff and will include ‘Venice Bitch,' ‘Mariners Apartment Complex,' ‘hope is a dangerous thing for a woman like me to have — but I have it,' and the cover of Sublime's ‘Doin' Time'.

    phenomenal concert

by Heather on 10/8/23Charleston Coliseum - Charleston

I just want to start this review off by first saying THANK YOU SO MUCH LANA for coming to Charleston, WV!!! ♥️ I drove 5.5 hours in 2019 to see her on tour in Nashville. While both concerts were amazing, this concert in Charleston definitely surpassed the previous one I attended. It was amazing. The backup singers/dancers were also amazing, and so kind when they were leaving the venue. I wish I could have met Lana but I suppose there’s always the next tour to try! It was the most amazing concert I have ever been to. The set list couldn’t have been more perfect. All around a great experience ♥️

    Wonderful show!

by DinaT on 10/8/23Charleston Coliseum - Charleston

This concert was wonderful. The opening act, Zella Day was great- amazing vocalist! Lana Del Rey was so good. She sang a nice mix of her hits and newer material. Her voice is gorgeous and she has just the right blend of onstage dancers and visuals. Excellent musicians also. Fantastic night!

Amazing but I’m to old to stand

by Monster of Glam on 10/8/23Charleston Coliseum - Charleston

The concert was amazing, fans’ energy was incredible, and the on stage performance was beautiful and everything you would want and expect for Lana Del Ray. The only down side was I purchased a chair seat hoping to sit, which unfortunately wasn’t the case. Getting to old to stand the whole time. But my only small complaint.

    Blissful, Cathartic, and Never Ending

by Faith on 10/7/23The Pavilion at Star Lake - Burgettstown

If you spent your teenage years on tumblr while you laid on your bed staring up at the ceiling and wondering why you weren’t born into the family everyone else seemed to have, this concert was cathartic. If you wondered why you only chased the guys who were mean to you, or were older, who faked caring about you just to talk about themselves, this was cathartic. That certain headspace of feeling that only Lana can put you in is felt at this concert. You may not be there for fun but everything you have ever felt will be healed for the time duration of this concert (which is only about 90 minutes or even less, which is the only downside of it.)

by Uly on 10/6/23The Pavilion at Star Lake - Burgettstown

AMAZING show!! I was wary cause it was so far from Pittsburgh, and I have had negative experiences with concert venues at Pittsburgh (cries in Beyoncé tickets), but the show exceeded all my expectations! It was such a comfortable and beautiful experience, and I’ve been a fan of Lana since I was 11 years old. Seeing her after ten years of being obsessed with her and her music was amazing and so thrilling.

    Lana slays

by sily gal on 10/6/23The Pavilion at Star Lake - Burgettstown

The concert was amazing and lana is so talented and an amazing singer. However, for the price we paid, I think the setlist/show definitely could have been longer. The show was not even 1 and a 1/2 hours long. I have paid way less for other artists who did much longer shows.

    Lana 15/10, her fans 0/10

    by J. on 10/6/23

Lana was perfect and her show was amazing. I highly recommend seeing her! but be warned, her fans are horribly immature kids barely legal to drink and their behavior is not only obnoxious, they look stupid. They refuse to stay in their seats, pay for lawn and then climb over and steal seats, and are fallinh down drunk before the show even starts. I had to shove a lot of them off of me on the lawn, they tried to turn the front lawn into another pit but the adults were getting disgusted with their behavior, it was disturbing everyone. Lana didn’t deserve people acting like this. Don’t know why all these brats who were like 2 when she came out are there now. But the show? AMAZING. Lana is one of the best artists I as an adult have ever seen in my life. I’m so sorry she has to deal with the fanbabies.

    wonderful woman terrible venu

by ggerland on 10/6/23The Pavilion at Star Lake - Burgettstown

the concert was absolutely phenomenal could not have gone better. however, leaving the venu was an absolute train wreck. it took us two hours to even move an inch. not a single employee was directing anything or even attempting to. but when we got to the front of the lot there was 10 workers sitting on a golf cart talking not helping anyone. then one worker was “directing” and i use that term very loosely because everyone had already figured out what lane to be in and where to go before they were flashing the baton around.

    Lana is worth every cent.

by Suburban chica on 10/6/23The Pavilion at Star Lake - Burgettstown

Wow. Great show. Lana is the greatest of all time and exactly who I thought she would be. The venue is the biggest disappointment as always. The pavilion at Star lake is a nightmare of parking situation. By far the worst that I always experience, every single time. When this show was announced I knew I had to go but was literally pissed at the venue location. Expect to sit in traffic for hours on the way out. They need to seriously fix this place.

Lana = fabulous, Starlake Pavillion = terrible

by MH on 10/6/23The Pavilion at Star Lake - Burgettstown

Lana del Rey in concert was a great experience. Her soft sound made for a lovely evening. On the other hand, the venue was terrible. Took 2.5 hours to get there due to traffic and disorganization pulling into the venue (typically would take me 1 hour). Getting out after the concert was a free for all. Cars going all directions, random people getting out of their cars to direct traffic, and nothing in place to stop 10 cars trying to merge at a single point. The venue needs to take control and come up with a better plan. It shouldn’t take 2.5 hours to get out of a parking lot. Exiting took longer than the concert!. I will not attend another event at Starlake Pavillion.
