    Laruku fans unite!

by Nnir on 3/27/12Madison Square Garden - New York

The waiting was annoying but well worth it! Starting off the concert were bright red lights and hyde's booming voice, seeing L'Arc~en~Ciel live was surreal and like a dream I didn't want to wake up from. From bright lights and fireworks, rainbow colored streamers and three HUGE LCD screens that shined on the members, the concert, I have no doubts, will be a memory for everyone there! (including the workers at the Garden~)

by Emmua on 3/27/12Madison Square Garden - New York

L'Arc~en~Ciel is my favorite band. I was so excited to watch them in a very close distance. I strongly hope that they can have another show in New York, in America.

I have been a fan of L'Arc for 15 years. They never disappoint, and always go beyond fans' expectations. The live at MSG was simply amazing. I will never forget the night of april 25th, and i will patiently wait their return to the states! In the meantime, I really hope the DVD comes out very soon so I can relive the magic over and over. And over :)

L'Arc en Ciel was the best!

by KY210 on 3/27/12Madison Square Garden - New York

I loved the concert. It was my first rock concert. The only thing I wish was more elaborate was the stage setting and props. Although I understand the limit of the stadium and the amount of time they had to set up.

    L'arc~en~Ciel was unforgettable!!!

by Yikochan on 3/27/12Madison Square Garden - New York

For many years my friends and I dreamed to go to one of L’arc~en~Ciel’s concerts. On Sunday our dream came true. It was more that I could ever imagine, and even though some days have passed I still get very emotional. Hyde’s voice was so magical and powerful, Ken’s guitar solos were really magical, Yukihiro’s drums were amazing and Tetsuya’s bass was fantastic. I love their speaches too :) I’m already looking forward for the next time I have the chance to see them live!

by Ayano1003 on 3/27/12Madison Square Garden - New York

L'Arc-en-Ciel made history as the first Japanese band to ever play the world famous Madison Square Garden. Their professional performance, amazing fan interactions and talented music style have brought US fans incredible memories. Their music and performance deserve more attention worldwide. I truly hope L'Arc-en-Ciel will come back again.

    Loved it!!!

by Kaitou on 3/27/12Madison Square Garden - New York

I was so excited that L'Arc was coming to America. I was afraid that it would have been held in a small theater with no seats/leg room. I was happy finding out that MSG was holding their concert. Only an hour away from my home! L'Arc was amazing, no doubt about that!! It was the second time I've seen Hyde in concert. (The first was a Vamps concert 2yrs ago.) He & Ken both spoke to the audience in English & Tetsu threw bananas at the floor seating. XD I have to give props to MSG for having them & selling concert goods. Not sure if the concert goods were priced "good", but I think the tickets were priced very well. MSG, please have L'Arc again and bring more Japanese artists! =)

One of the best concerts I've ever been to!!!

by LadyAthena on 3/27/12Madison Square Garden - New York

The concert started with a space and futuristic animation which led to the start of the first song, Ibara no Namida. Everything sounded amazing from the beginning! It took the crowd sometime to warm up but it was not long before a majority of the crowd was participating in cheers, and sang a long with the band. The band had a few breaks in which they took turns speaking to the audience in English, mainly asking if everyone's having a good time, or telling us about their experiences in NYC. About 3/4 of the way through the concert, the band played some of their most popular songs and everyone was jumping up and down, cheering, and singing together. There is no better feeling than being at a concert where everyone is as passionate as you are about the music, and the band did a great job of bringing everyone together. During the intermission / break before the encore, there was a series of animation on the screen that got the crowd to start playing "Wave". But after a while, the crowd started initiating this on their own :) It was a lot of fun to see 15,000+ people participating!!! Encore began with the crowd singing to the lyrics (displayed on big screens) of Anata together for a few minutes, before the band started to join in. L'arc concluded the concert with a song the same name as their band, Niji (both means "rainbow", just in different languages). In the middle of the song, white feathers started flying out from these vents in front of the floor seats. It was a great way to end the concert. This was the second L'arc~en~Ciel concert I have ever been to, and I have not been disappointed at either one. I hope they come back to US to play again soon!!!
