Kublai Khan TX are a metalcore band from Sherman, Texas. Frontman Matt Honeycutt, guitarist Nolan Ashley, bassist Eric English and drummer Isaac Lamb came together in 2009 and independently released their debut EP, Youth War, in 2010. Four full-length albums have followed: 2014’s Balancing Survival and Happiness, 2015’s New Strength, 2017’s Nomad and 2019’s Absolute. The band’s most recent EP, Lowest Form of Animal, was released in 2022.

    All the bands played awesome. The mix during Kublai Khan was so loud and bass heavy that it washed out the music.

    Venue was great, plenty of parking and I felt so safe Sound was fantastic, could feel it in your bones Bands put on a great show, transitions were really quick, quite impressive actually. Kublai Khan TX was exactly the energy and sexy sound I was expecting!!!

    One of the best shows I've ever been to! The openers were all great. The pit vibe was great! If you went down you were scooped up immediately. The band really fed off our energy and us theirs. Truly an amazing night!
